This hotel has a gorgeous, clean and modern interior. It is perfect for every design aficionado. The service is professional and polite at check in. The room is very well equipped and comes with tea, water, beer and snacks. The bathroom is well equipped with amenities. The bath salts were a great touch and I enjoyed the soak! Definitely recommend for travellers to Taipei.

Eslite is still a bright shine hotel that you would love to stay. I’ve been there 3 years ago before the pandemic. I notice something change since then. The hardware maintenance and the room design is perfect and nothing to complain. It is totally a 5 stars hotel set up that align with the rest world class elite fellows. One thing I need to high light is the linkage with Eslite Spectrum. It provides everything you need and you would enjoy during your stay. It’s amazing I could get to the film theatre from my room by taking a lift and leave right before the film start. However, it’s a wake up call to the hotel. My experience is slightly below my expectation compare with 3 years ago. I feel the hotel is not yet ready to welcome guest back after COVID. I arrive the hotel at 2PM but I still not getting my room until almost 4PM. I book by Hotels.com as Gold member which suppose to have early check in. I understand this is common practice that not issuing a room until normal check in time if your booking made from third party agent. Well, this is by no means need to suffer from late check in. In addition, I love to have my dinner at their famous restaurant “In Between”. Unfortunately, it is not open on daily basis nowadays. I can’t access this restaurant on the day I visit. The amenities are also worth a mention. Eslite now serving Aveda instead of L'occitane. Both brand are a high quality brand and I think most of the people won’t feel this is a kind of degrade. I personally prefer the latter. L’occitane make me feel more relax and help to get in sleep while Aveda is more refreshing one. All in all, Eslite still offering the best service among its peers. The staffs are nice and helpful. The hardware are even beloved. Hoping the management will take a look onto the operation detail and get that improve afterward.…

Five day Business trip made all the better by staying at the Eslite. The service is very efficient a d accomodating and the rooms have everything needed for relaxation and work. I was even given a meeting room free of charge to meet clients. So helpful. Highly recommended.

There’s a lot to love about this beautiful hotel! I was impressed at the beautiful architecture. I stayed in a studio king room which was absolutely lovely. The view was nice, and the balcony was a great place to take in the cityscape and listen to the birds. The staff are very kind, efficient, and professional and the breakfast was fantastic. Recommended!

It takes a lot for me to be impressed (the amount of hotel reviews I've done on here says it all), but boy did Eslite Hotel manage to impress me. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the balcony with the view of Taipei is impressive, and the bathroom has a great tub and overall the amenities are excellent. Service was also prompt and very professional, the breakfast buffet had a ton of variety. Location-wish some may find it slightly remote, but I love the Xinyi area and the park as well as the shopping mall where the hotel is located. Would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is run by Eslite, which operates a famous bookstore chain. Many books are displayed in the lobby, which guests are free to check out. Location is superb, right next to an old tobacco factory converted to an artists enclave. There is a large pond and garden as well. Make sure to ask for rooms facing Taipei 101. You can look out to the great nightscape as well as green landscape/pond in the daytime. Breakfast buffet was included during my stay, which was excellent. Restaurants serve lunch and dinner as well, and offer 10% discount to hotel guests. Easy access to Metro line by walking. Getting taxi or Uber was a piece of cake. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is super nice. Each day the housekeeper will bring coffee pods, bottled water and fresh fruits. Great balcony. Highly recommended!…

Make this your choice of Taipei accommodation if you are a sophisticated traveler. Think Cassina chairs and lovingly-crafted cabinets. I mention these because upscale Taipei hotels either come in the form of soulless bling or bland corporate blah. In contrast, this hotel is managed by the Eslite bookstore and lifestyle brand, which is quintessentially Taiwanese. Refinement of taste is predicated. Thick walls, remarkable 2nd-floor restaurant (“In Between”), comfortable bedding, and Instagrammable views are all yours within a 10-minute walk from the highly important Taipei City Hall subway station.

As a whole it a very nice and comfortable hotel. Theview of 101, selections of furniture, and art pieces are all very nice. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs. However, due COVID-19, the sanitation is just not up to a standard when you are dealing with a pandemic. The room was definitely not clean enough. You can see water residue and mold buildup in the bathroom because of lack of maintenance.Guest control is also poorly implemented. We weretold when we checked in that we can't bring any friends to our room. But its really silly request when it really hard to control who is in and out of the hotel.The hotel didn't even bother to check everyone's temperature like other hotel and department store do. For a hotel that stress service, I guess due to pandemic, it's a bit under staff especially in the cafe. We were told that we need to finish up in one hour,but found no one to service us. Basically we need to get up and find the menu. The front desk was a bit better, but still find staff both juniors and senior staff unfamiliar with the property. For the price they changed per room, the attentiveness as a whole, it just not up to that quality. …

The hotel is within the Taipei city center along the bookstore series, the hotel provide a lot of books and can be read everywhere, lounge, breakfast room, and in the rooms. It's a cozy choice for relax and enjoy the beautiful park just several foots away. 這個飯店在台北市的市中心 符合誠品書店的系列 所以到處都有書可以看 包含房間餐廳和大廳 Cassina 的單椅很舒服 附的日月潭紅茶也很好喝！ (沒有游泳池）
