One of the best luxury hotel in town with high quality decorations, friendly service and delicious meal. Located in the quiet and cozy Neihu district, the hotel provides great relaxing atmosphere as well. Would be better if the sauna could be closed later than 22:00.
This is a clean, well-equipped, and luxury hotel with excellent services at a descent location. Best in town in terms of price quality performance. Awesome pool, gym and sauna. Will definitely visit again. 這是一家乾淨,設備齊全的豪華酒店,位置不錯,服務一流。 就價格質量表現而言,該市最佳。 很棒的游泳池,健身房和桑拿。 肯定會再次訪問。

Paid TWD 19000, get a nice room with an uncomfortable sofa, moreover with the poor breakfast ever and the worst VIP lunge in Taipei. Happy Hour only gets 2 kinds of wine, NO hot dish. NOT recommended at all!!
This hotel seems to be local owned and operated--a rarity in hospitality. I believe it is the only locally owned 5 star rated hotel in Taipei. That is quite an accomplishment. It is located in an upscale and quiet residential neighborhood that is within a few blocks of major shopping, entertainment venue and MTR station. Its Beaux Arts style exterior is expensively clad in cut stone and interior public areas are similarly grand, featuring glittering chandeliers and polished marble floors. By contrast, the rooms are understated and modernistic, but equally elegant. They feature high ceilings, almost complete silence, luxurious bathrooms and true walk-in closets. The hotel features impressive function rooms including a huge ballroom. Amenities include an outdoor warm water olympic size pool with giant video screen, sizable pool terrace with several lounge areas, a swanky cabana bar, large changing areas with Japanese style saunas, and the epitome of an executive class gym. To date, I sampled 3 out of 6 of the hotel's food purveyors. Despite completely different themes they feature top rate food, excellent ingredients, stylish presentation and flawless service. The price of my room includes a buffet breakfast. Even though I have made it to less than half of the breakfasts, I can attest to their high quality. The buffet room is cleverly laid out with discreet serving areas to reduce crowding. Because the serving islands are discreet, it does not look like a lot of food, but is. The range of choices and quality of offerings are superior. Details are top notch--for example, including a flower pattern inset into the fish cake in the chawan mushi. The made-to-order dishes are splendid. Yes, the hotel's service is exceptional. Everyone is professional, eager to help and seems well informed about the hotel. Even though I do not speak Chinese there has not been any issue in the hotel. Staff is fluent in English. I am in my fourth week of traveling to three countries in Southeast Asia. The Grand Mayfull hotel is the least costly per night of the places I have stayed in, but it is the only one I am reviewing because I do not want to bring up minor shortcomings at the other places. If the Grand Mayfull has shortcomings I have not found any yet in my 6th night in the hotel--in addition to having spent a lot of time during the day in the hotel and my room due to an injury sustained earlier. I hope other guests will find their stay as pleasant as I have.…
My second trip to Taiwan Grand Mayfull Hotel is the one of best hotel I had ever stayed around asian country and lots of hospitality. Food is so good and swimming pool &spa are amazing!
Outstanding customer service. Outstanding food quality. Outstanding room and amenities. Outstanding location. Perfect for business or holiday. The Grand Mayfull consistently exceeds expectations. Highly recommended.
Starting from checking in, the hotel staffs are more than accommodating for our needs. They all speak English very well. They do hold luggage for you if you’ve came into the hotel before check in time. Breakfast is included and it starts from 6am to 10am. The selection is wide, has lots of Asian cuisine and western cuisine. Lunch buffet is even better and the selection are even better. Staffs are very helpful and they are very quick to take away used plates for you. I came with my grandma and the staff even recommended drinks for her (fruit vinegar which were delicious) and she really loved the drink they’ve gotten for her. Staffs are extremely friendly. Check out time is at 12pm which is longer than most other hotels so it gives us plenty of time to pack. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice stay in Taipei. The beds are nice and comfortable. Bathroom is extremely nice.…
My family and I loved our stay at the Grand Mayfull. Wonderful concierge service, and very luxurious room. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Great breakfast selection. Parking was included. Definitely recommend.
Well designed rooms and good value for your money. We’ve been to Marriott nearby and it surely is good but not as good. The electric curtains and sheer and sound insulation guarantees a good night’s sleep. The washroom is a gem. The shower is not only equipped with rain shower but a waterfall function. The Mu Wellness which is only for males is a bit odd. Clothing is not allowed when you go into the hot tub but the males attendants are too close for comfort. But definitely would go back to this hotel when in Taipei.
