Detailed Reviews
Clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. You won't regret staying at this hotel. There are too many things with gold plated surfaces, but after 1-2 days we got use to it. The Evergreen hotel chain has become our first choices if we are to visit Taiwan again. We asked to store 5 bags after we checked out for the nest 4 days, no problem! Valet parking is tip top (and complementary).

Overall 4.5 stars
Advantages: It is not far from Nanjing Songjiang MRT Station and can be reached on foot, which greatly increases the convenience of moving. The family room is quite large and has a rather classic atmosphere overall. The attitude of the service staff is quite good, and it even feels a bit close to Japanese service, which makes people feel reassured and comfortable. The cleanliness is of a certain level and the room is quiet.
Disadvantages: If you drive an RV, you will need to have a service staff valet you for parking, which will be more troublesome. The detail of the entire room can be improved, and more thought can be given to the type and placement of the TV. The public facilities of the hotel can be set up more, so that there will be a richer accommodation experience.

This is a stately, long-established hotel with spacious rooms, luxurious classical furnishings, and hospitable front desk service. Moreover, it is a relatively reasonable price among the top 5 hotels in Taipei, so it is a very satisfying hotel.
It is a relatively convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from MRT Songjiang Nanjing. However, I took a taxi to pick up my suitcase and go to Taipei Station. Nearby, there is a 7-Eleven, a Family Mart, a small Carrefour (supermarket), Taipei Liji, a famous pineapple cake and sun cake shop, and a Starbucks across the street, so I used all of them. You will not have any trouble doing a little shopping.
I went out to eat a Taiwanese breakfast, so I did not use the breakfast this time.
It is one of the hotels that I would like to visit again, as it feels comfortable.

The room is spacious, has a sofa, and has a relaxing atmosphere. There is enough space to easily open a suitcase.
There is popcorn and Japanese snacks in the room. I was happy that the cleaning staff replenished the snacks. However, there was no cream or sugar for the coffee, and it was a hassle to order room service for those, so I bought a small bottle of milk at a convenience store.
The bathroom also had a washlet, but it was not a Japanese manufacturer, so it was a bit disappointing. The room had a double sink, and the glittering decoration may have been a bit of a nouveau riche taste. The only disappointment was that the body soap and shampoo were only in the shower booth, and they could not be removed. Furthermore, there was no shower in the bathtub. And even though it was a jacuzzi-style bath, the function was removed, which was disappointing.
The front desk staff was sincere and responded to various requests.
It was not a bad hotel, but it was not good either, so I don't think I would return.

Just an awesome hotel in a great location. I stayed in room 803 with is a larger room than most. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. There is a metro station about a 5 min walk away and several stores including 7-11 and Carrefour within a couple of minutes walk. No street noises, no complaints at all. I would most definitely recommend this property and will stay there again whenever I am in Taipei.

The hotel is close to a metro station which is a transfer station for two different lines which is very convenient. The room itself was very spacious with places to sit, fridge, desk, safe etc. the lift and hallways are quiet. The bathroom is large and quite well appointed. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Why 4 stars? A couple of things - the bath leaked onto the bathroom floor when filling it - not a lot but enough to be annoying. The shower pressure on hot was so powerful as to almost give a headache. Breakfast was nicely set out with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. There was always plenty of it and the staff in this area were very obliging. It is not situated in a particularly scenic area of Taipei so don’t expect views. On a Sunday evening we found it difficult to get an evening meal in the immediate surrounds but when we returned (for four nights) we had done our research and found many nice places to eat in Taipei, including Michelin starred. Book in advance for restaurants to avoid disappointment. The night markets were also easy to access from the hotel’s position via the metro.

Have stayed many times now. Like a European boutique hotel, probably the only such place in Taipei. As far as negatives almost all of the rooms have basically no view, windows do not open, front desk staff often seems unfriendly, and they removed the nice gym room sometime during the last few years.

We stayed here for 2 nights to start our holiday.
Excellent hotel to stay in.
We had a 2 person Deluxe room including breakfast.
A very bright, spacious room with an excellent bed. Excellent sleeping comfort.
The bathroom had a shower, bath and Japanese toilet.
Breakfast
Very extensive breakfast buffet with lots of choice, everything was always replenished.
Location
Within walking distance of the metro.
It's fine with 1 suitcase, but if you bring more, a taxi from Main Station is more convenient

It's a Kaiun Group hotel, and it's far from the center, but there are places to eat everywhere in Taipei, so it wasn't inconvenient.
I stayed here on the day I arrived in Taiwan. I booked a twin room, but when I checked in, they upgraded me to a suite because they were fully booked that day, so the service was perfect. It's a long-established hotel, so the building itself is old, but it's well maintained and I had a comfortable stay. It was a shame that I could only stay one night because I was staying in Jiufen the next day, but for a five-star hotel, it's small, but you get to know the staff well, so I think it's easy to stay here.

If you want to feel like a king, this is a hotel to stay in. Great location, not far from an MTR station, which is easy to get to and from home. There are also various dining options in the immediate vicinity.
The room is grand, with beautiful details, nice bed, very good internet. So fully equipped.
