Loyalty is not being valued. I stayed many nights in this hotel and returned again a year later but no complimentary upgrade was given and the staffs attitude is very bad. I found another hotel in Taipei with exceptional service and amenities.
The hotel is exactly located right in front of the No.6 exit of Da'an station. It provide a very convenience transportation for us.
The room was cleaned and all the devices were in good condition.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Disappointed with their service and attitude when we called for our client's reservation.
Sales service is not professional at all and not proactive for problem solving.

Couldn't really remember but I had a look at the metro map and there is a metro station at Songshan Airport on the brown line 1. Take metro towards Taipei Zoo direction and go 4 stops up and that takes you to Daan St which crosses the brown and red line. If it is Daan Park St you need you will have to transfer to red loine and go 1 stop up, go towards Tamsui. I don't remember having any problems, I think it was pretty straightforward. Good luck, ENJOY!
