Hotel is located beside the train station, nearby had Starbucks and convenience store.
Staff is friendly, housekeeping did a fantastic job in daily cleaning.
After check out, you could store your luggage if you had late flight.
Chose the hotel primarily for its location and good value, stayed in in a superior double room and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, very comfortable and spotless. The staff were helpful in every way and made life easy.

Loyalty is not being valued. I stayed many nights in this hotel and returned again a year later but no complimentary upgrade was given and the staffs attitude is very bad. I found another hotel in Taipei with exceptional service and amenities.

Couldn't really remember but I had a look at the metro map and there is a metro station at Songshan Airport on the brown line 1. Take metro towards Taipei Zoo direction and go 4 stops up and that takes you to Daan St which crosses the brown and red line. If it is Daan Park St you need you will have to transfer to red loine and go 1 stop up, go towards Tamsui. I don't remember having any problems, I think it was pretty straightforward. Good luck, ENJOY!
