這次是我第二次來住金普頓 以下是我第二次的體驗 (因為google不能留兩次言,最下面有附上第一次住的評論) ------------------------------------------ 於星期一的中午12點退房,下午2點有回飯店取行李。 飯店於當天晚上6點E-mail詢問我是否把房內的浴袍拿走並且強調價值NT2,700(距離退房已經過了6小時) 當下感受不太舒服,總覺的櫃檯人員還沒確認客人有沒有拿走就附上金額的操作,是不是已經先假設了客人是小偷? 我回信告知:離開前有將浴袍和毛巾統一放在房間棕色的籃子裡。 櫃檯卻回信說籃子裡 「只有一條毛巾」 中午12點到晚上6點期間,事實上我已經沒有權限再進入入住的房間,而櫃檯人員的回覆卻讓人感覺在將情況導向是我拿走浴袍又不歸還。 遑論這中間的時間差,讓人不禁懷疑飯店掃房的效率以及整潔度? 一來一往和櫃檯人員溝通也只是希望浴袍可以被找到,然而不管是櫃檯人員、接待員或是值班經理的詢問方式都再再令人感到不舒服。 雖然不斷強調不會收我的錢,但起初詢問浴袍下落的第一封信卻又把價錢特意標出來,前前後後想對我傳達的訊息讓人感到相當困惑。 後續有一直向IHG反應,櫃檯經理才姍姍來遲的打電話解釋員工只是善盡保護飯店資產的職責,並沒有任何質疑我的意圖。 論保護飯店資產,如今浴袍找到了嗎?並沒有。 實質上似乎僅止於向客人提出質疑的消極作為,卻也未曾試著調閱監視器看看是不是這事件另有他人介入? 當我表達自己心情已經因為莫須有的指控而受影響,櫃檯人員及經理給我的回覆也只有道歉,而經理甚至問我想要他們怎麼做? 直到今日得到飯店總經理的回信表達歉意,但卻又再強調一次浴袍還是沒找到...... 以下統整了幾點想法是關於這家 硬體設備良好但人員專業度令人困惑的飯店 1. 飯店退房流程效率不佳: 退房超過了六個小時才問客人是否拿走東西? 2. 員工之間訊息傳達不完整: 我接獲詢問的信後,有回電告知浴袍的事,但接電話的同仁並不曉得這件事,是否說明了沒有進行完善的交接? 3. 事後對於客人的危機處理應變不佳: 一再強調不跟我收錢,但卻又不斷的透露尚未找到浴袍?且也無任何找回的積極作為? 我想請問浴袍現在在哪裡? 這樣以後誰還敢回去住? 回去住了是否會被當成小偷看待呢? 總經理於採訪時有說:員工訓練永遠無法取代企業文化,金普頓講究打從心底做服務,這種打破SOP的服務風氣是精品酒店的先驅。 但這整件事我真心感覺不到飯店有任何打從心底的道歉, 打破的只有我對這間飯店的信任。 I am really disappointed with my second stay. When I checked out at 12 noon, the hotel emailed me at 6 pm and "asking" me if I took the robe accidentally also put the price on it. My question is why you take 6 hrs to find out the bathrobe was missing and to contact the guest? Who will put the price if you are not certain that the person takes the robe? I felt offended by the email also how the front desk agent and duty manager handled this. I asked IHG for further help, however, the front desk manager called me and said again that is not their intention but the employees are just trying to protect hotel assets. If you are trying to protect your assets, how come the robe is still missing? I am not going to stay at this hotel anymore though the room is nice I don't think they have the ability to compensate customers. From other comments, I noticed that GM will only reply to those written in English, and the hotel seldom compensate customers. I guess this doesn't qualify for a 5-star hotel. If you are lucky enough hope you won't be accused as a thief.…
I frequent hotels around town all the time, and honestly the Kimpton is one of the hotels that I always find myself drawn back to all the time. The location is super convenient, being at the heart of one of the busiest areas in Taipei, and the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. What brings me back consistently though, is the dazzling service that I receive everytime I'm lodging. As someone who is frequently busy during the day and might just come to unwind during evenings, the night shift service has been nothing short of amazing, and never fails to impress (even as someone who's been here plenty a time prior). Honestly strongly recommending this hotel!!
我與父母渡過了愉快的一晚。酒店平時價格較高,但這次住宿利用了酒店的快閃優惠,恰逢臺北市提供的旅遊補助,讓實際價格相當平易近人。因為是優悅會至悅精英會籍關係,並與酒店先行溝通,酒店幫我們安排相當有感的客房升等。 酒店位於忠孝復興站旁,地點無懈可擊,卻又坐落於相對靜謐的一隅,實屬難得!這裡的服務人員真心對待客人,記得每位客人的需求,讓我們備受照顧。 雖然入住前的溝通時有一些小缺失,但酒店的事後處理相當迅速,瑕不掩瑜。大堂人員的細心服務與適合社交的氛圍,也彌補了對使用者而言並不很友善的房間設計。並不是說客房不好,只能說有些設施有點中看不中用。不過其他會員待遇很普通,至悅精英會員不要有過多期待。 Had the pleasure to enjoy this 1-night stay with my parents. Kmipton Da An is usually pricey, but by taking the advantage of a flash sale and the subsidy given by Taipei City government, the rate became quite affordable. With my Spire Élite membership and email communications prior to our stay, we got a substantial upgrade for the room. The location is unbeatable, right at the intersection of two metro lines (near Zhongxiao Fuxing), yet the hotel is situated in a rather tranquil corner, making it a gem. Staff here really took the effort to remember every guest's needs by heart, and we felt well pampered overall. Although there were some small issues in the communications prior to our stay, the hotel was quick to offer recovery, and it was overall trivial considering the otherwise great service provided. The attentive service and the sociable atmosphere at the lobby made up for the not-so-user-friendly room design. The room is not bad by all means; it's just that some of the features may be more about plastic art than function. On the other hand, Spire Élite members should only expect moderate member benefits here.…
I’d like to thank everyone at Kimoton Da-An. This is my second stay with them and it has been perfect. The guest service team was fantastic in accommodating us to a beautiful spacious room and introducing everything in the hotel. They are also very kind to our fur baby. The room is really nice and spacious (yes we booked a bigger room to ensure our fur baby has a lot of room to explore). The bar was great as well. The cocktails and food were both great. So does the breakfast. We tried both breakfast from The Tavernist and the living room on the ground floor. Both were different styles but equally great from the service and quality’s perspectives. I would highly recommend people to stay here especially when you would like to stay with your pets. I’m sure I’ll definitely return very soon :) thanks again to the great team!…
Stayed here for the weekend and from the minute I walked through the doors, I loved the whole Kimpton Da An experience. The check-in process was super comfortable and smooth. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. I had a room with a balcony, but didn't really use the balcony at all so that was kind of a waste. Not sure what the purpose of the balcony was as it did not have that great a view, nor was there any seating on it. Maybe for smokers? The location couldn't be more perfect as it is close to shopping, MRTs, and some great restaurants. The staff are in my list of top five most helpful and friendliest crew I have encountered at any hotel to date. The gym, while small, was clean and had new and sufficient equipment. The Tavernist was great, kind of pricey, but quality drinks. Overall, loved it and will definitely go back.…
