It is an older hotel with reasonable rate. It needs improvement in cleanliness in general. The location is great with lot of places to eat and shop. Breakfast is reasonable good with Chinese and western style food. Check in was easy and staffw were helpful

I booked this hotel by calling the hotel reservation center (for this hotel chain) in Taipei. The initial deposit is half of cost for the days you will stay. I checked in around 5PM and have the room without any waiting. The room is spacious. The toilet and the shower room are separated. They are clean but are old looking for sure. There are levels in the shower room and I almost misstep at the first time because there is no sign, and pattern on the floor makes me hard to find out there is levels. I wish there are remodeling coming soon. One comment on the restroom in the lobby, the cleanness needs to be improved. I told the front desk the next day morning after I found out the wash sink in the bathroom is not working. It has been fixed when I came back in the evening at the…

Not hard to find as it's in a great location. It's also very close to an MRT stop and a bus stop that offers service to/from Taoyuan airport. The service at the front desk was very courteous but took a short while to get our room ready. We had booked it the same day, so I don't believe they got the email confirmation or whatever. Anyways, we got the room about 30 minutes later. We went and explored around. There is a free coffee machine in the business center which is AWESOME. The room also came with 2 free breakfast buffet tickets. The room was nicer than I expected, it was spacious as well. It was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. The wifi didn't work with our room number, but they told me to try something else, which worked. No issue here. Internet was free and fast. Did…

My husband and I stayed here for several days. Undoubtedly, the location is extremely good, very close to MRT and SOGO department store. The staff are very polite and helpful. However, the decoration is relatively old school. When we finished checkin and entered our room, we found some inserts flying in the room. The bathroom is not clean enough. There are dirts on the tiles. Overall speaking, there is lots of improvements on the cleanliness.

I booked 3 rooms for the family and stayed for 2 nights before heading to Taichung. The location is very good, just across a huge mall SOGO, and there are lots of restaurants and good street food around. The MRT station (blue line) was in the same block as the hotel, so you can go to other places of interest with ease. We went to Jiufun, and realised the bus stop was 3mins from the hotel. It helped that the staff can speak a little bit of English and tried their best to give us directions and answer our queries. The breakfast was ok, but not great. We particularly liked the business centre where we ended up hanging out to tell stories and bond, there's a coffee machine and free wifi and they provided free water whenever we requested for it. The bedrooms were generally okay,…

Their service was awesome. Every staffer is well trained and professional. Every time we were at the front desk, they stood up and greeted us with a big smile, which was very impressive. We were so happy when they kindly lend us their umbrellas on rainy days, so we got around the city without any trouble. Their continental breakfast was also great; a wide selection of food and drink. Only downside was our room was no window, so felt a little stuffy.

Convenience location. Good service. Clean room. Little episode during the visit. In day 2, they took away the toilet paper without replacing new one. and in day 3, they 'forgot' to clean my room. Don't bother to find out why.

The positives about this hotel include the location and the staff helpfulness. Unfortunately, that's where the list ends. The bathroom in our hotel room was disgusting. The tiles were dirty, chipped, and in horrible disrepair. The bathtub was from the 70's and the bathroom sink was clogged. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the bathroom alone. Aside from that, my friend saw a rat in the lobby and the view from most of the rooms in the wall from the building next door. The pictures on the hotel website and every booking website look way better than the reality. It really does feel like a "bait and switch" when you arrive.

We liked this hotel for its proximity to the subway and the shopping centers. It is also just around the corner from the airport express bus stops which makes it very convenient when you are lugging around your luggage. There are also some good choices of restaurants around the hotel with is another plus. The hotel has a pretty decent business center, but be prepared to deal with a Mac computer. Their buffet breakfast is pretty decent with its own omelette station and some local dimsums that you can order for free. But go there early as they do not refill some of the items 30 minutes before closing. If breakfast is from 6:30-9am, A lot of choices are already taken out by 8:30am. The hotel needs a facelift or a renovation given that it is very dated already. The rooms are…
