We came across this hotel by chance and it turned out to be a wonderful hotel. The (very new) owner seems determined to make a real success of the hotel, and was very attentive to the guests.
There is a lovely pool with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas.
The breakfast was super and served on the terrace.
The room was very clean and quiet.
Highly recommended for a short stay.

Excellent place 😀👍we slept in one of the unusual accommodations.
Great service for this well-designed accommodation for something unusual, very pretty, very pleasant and quiet
(toilet cubicle a little narrow, WC not separate, but it's unusual 😉😀👍, we even appreciated it)
Beautiful ensemble, pretty swimming pool, beautiful place under the pines, the proximity of the road is absolutely not disturbing, you don't hear the driving, the nights are peaceful 😉👍
Everything is well thought out and well designed
Very clean establishment
Excellent all-you-can-eat breakfasts
Very respectful owners, very friendly, attentive and very available. They gave us excellent places to eat, don’t hesitate to ask them 😉
We highly recommend this beautiful place with this charming couple owners
You will not be disappointed 😉👍
We will happily return to this place during our next visit to the surrounding area 😉😀👍😍

Passing through and delighted with our stay at Les Rocailles. Large bedroom, very comfortable bedding, separate bathroom and toilet. Like a motel on the edge of the D913 busy during the day. Half board formula at an unbeatable price, good meal and continental breakfast. The setting is superb, cacti, vines, beautiful trees, scrubland but no cicadas, it's not hot enough. And in the distance at the back we can see the Thau pond and the sea. The team is young, dynamic and very friendly. To remember for a future visit.

Pleasant setting, pretty swimming pool, beautiful place under the pines! The biggest asset of this hotel is undoubtedly its friendly owners who really take care of their guests. To visit the area or make a stop there before continuing on to Spain, this is a good address to have in your travel diary.

Very very friendly welcome. Nothing to complain about this stopover hotel. We spent two nights there with my husband. Despite its proximity to the road, we hear nothing, complete calm.
The only "negative" point, so to speak, is the breakfast which remains correct but lacks savory foods (ham, eggs, etc.) and toast to toast the bread; otherwise nothing to say.
I think we would happily return.
Thanks to the owners

Excellent welcome, the Motel type Pension is very nice. The pool is perfect, the room for 3 people large enough with in addition a top refrigerator. The whole team is available and very friendly, we will come back!

This is an small, inexpensive motel-type hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, air-conditioned, looking out over the pool and vines. The bathroom was very simple with a wash basin, shower and hair dryer. Separate toilet. Ample parking near the rooms, set near a busy road but we didn't hear noise when we were in the bedrooms - the loudest noise was a very pleasant one made by the hundreds of cicadas in the pines around the hotel. There was a set menu for dinner but it was local produce and well prepared. Breakfast was fresh bread and croissants with butter and jam, quite acceptable. Ample opportunity to go walking among the vines.

Easy enough to find as it's just outside Montagnac - but don't try to check in before 6pm as the electronic gates are firmly locked down until then! A purpose-built, family-run hotel, room 5, which we occupied, was situated on the ground floor and overlooked the 'fenced-off' good sized swimming pool. The room was of a decent size and air-conditioned, with a separate shower room and separate toilet. Pleasant evening having a beer sat outside on the dining room patio overlooking the pool. Walking opportunities just next to the Hotel if you're so inclined. Had an early start the next day so didn't take breakfast here. If you don't mind reasonably basic then can recommend this very clean and comfortable hotel.
