We had a great room with Comfy beds. Enjoyed a delicious freshly cooked breakfast with perfect eggs.Acommodating friendly and helpful hosts who gave great directions. Very handy for Citywest events. Easily found. Our 5 year old enjoyed their stay and loved the pancakes!!

We stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. The place was overpriced, very poorly decorated and room was quite small. Breakfast was included in the rate, but the only options given were to have it at 8 or 9 am, ridiculous for a weekend stay. Avoid.

Perfect for Dublin. Friendly helpful hosts. First class accommodation. Very simple to get into Dublin on the trams. Trams run very regularly and are cheap. Would be very happy to return again. Hosts were delightful.

We stayed for 3 days as we had been advised staying in Dublin was difficult with a car. Sean and Elizabeth were extremely helpful and showed how easy as well as handy the tramway was. The local pub just a few hundred metres away, was brilliant, Rathcool itself is very handy to lots of places apart from Dublin and we...

We made a great choice, couldn't have been any better. Friendly, welcoming and a really beautiful and relaxing location. Elizabeth and Shaun couldn't have been more helpful and generous. We'd recommend it highly but best if you have a car.

Perched on the hill above Rathcoole village, Bearna Rua Lodge has lovely views and makes a great base for day trips into Dublin (the LUAS tram station at Saggart is close by) and to...
