Mary was very welcoming and caring and made us feel as if we were part of her family. The rooms were the most beautiful and comfortable we stayed in during our trip to Ireland. The breakfast was lovely. We highly recommend.

Sandy Hills is located very conveniently near Dublin Int'l Airport, about a 20-minute drive away but you would never know you're that close. Tucked away in a pleasant residential neighborhood not far from the beach, it makes for a very relaxing base for the airport or visiting Dublin. Mary is a wonderful hostess, sharing stories and making you feel right...

If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to the Dublin airport, but still provides that marvelous bed and breakfast atmosphere (not to mention the breakfast itself!), this is just the place. Less than 30 minutes from the airport, and "all left turns" for those of us from the US who are really ready to turn...

When we recently came there after a long trip and at 9 pm in the evening and asked for rooms Mary was really sorry that she couldn't offer us an accomodation as she was already full. But she spent at least half an our and numerous calls to find something else for us. She was extremely helpful and nice, and...

Impeccable accommodations, wonderful hostess. Beautiful home, pristine furnishings, wonderful breakfast with plenty of options, even for vegetarians. Specifically chosen because we needed access to the Dublin airport, but still close to the waterfront in a lovely town.

Everything perfectly fine. We had the "family room", overlooking the beautiful backyard. Beautiful and massive beds of Walnut wood and good mattresses, spacious room and a perfect shower. Mary, the owner of Sandy Hills B&B made us a very delicious breakfast, everything homemade and fresh fruit! She can tell you everything you want to know about Ireland, and advise on...

Mary was an incredible host. She was so welcoming when we arrived and asked us what we would like for breakfast the next day listing several options. We chose the pancakes and were sooooooo happy we did. The room was absolutely fantastic. We're pretty sure the room was bigger for the two of us than the apartment we stayed at...

Mary Buckley is an incredible hostess, bar none and she greeted us with a warm nature!!! Our room was immaculate and very well appointed with the beds being sooooo comfortable. Our breakfast was traditional and delicious that was served in a spacious dining room. The purpose of our stay was due to my daughter playing in the Irish Ladies Golf...
