We stayed here just as a stopover on the way from Donegal back to Dublin, but wish we had planned an extra night to see more of the area - and to have an extra night in this delightful B&B. Catherine was very welcoming and we enjoyed the tea and scones on arrival. The accommodation was very comfortable and full...

We arrived in the evening and in the first sunshine we,d seen all day. The caring Catherine invited us to sit in the garden and brought us homemade cake and beautiful freshly brewed coffee. She insisted on lighting the open fire in case we wanted to sit in the lounge later where she'd also placed a cosy blanket. Plus a...

The rooms were spacious, the owner, Catherine, was so pleasant and the breakfast was wide-ranging and fantastic. And the breakfast room was beautiful. It was also very reasonably priced. If you're looking peace and quiet, I highly recommend the Lake Avenue....

A warm and welcoming B&B in a lovely location by a lake. Our view from the room was picturesque with a small church nearby and several grazing cows. Catherine was very accommodating and the breakfast was superb. +1 for runny eggs!
