Right over the road from the beach, set among many beautiful trees and amid spacious, nicely maintained gardens. We stayed only one night in a kitchen cabin, with all linen supplied. The view from our little deck was out to the west, the bay and the setting sun. All the facilities are in excellent order, freshly painted, clean and modern.... More

The location of this park would be unbeatable on a sunny day as you are right on a beach which would be amazing, and sunrise/sunset would be lovely there. The owners were nice enough to let us in though we arrived after the office closed. The showers were warm with good pressure and the kitchen was fully equipped and clean.... More

We stayed for one night in our camper van, the campsite met all our needs. It is Located on Doubtless Bay the bay was named by Captain James Cook during his first voyage in 1769. We enjoyed our visit here.

The new camp owners Christine and Jeff are the most awesum people, who make you feel like you are at a home away from home. The facilities/ grounds are excellent, and have had a huge amount of TLC given to it. The kitchen is to fry for 😊👍 And has all you need to eat well and more, flash as... More

We want to stay on this nice spot. But the owner were absolutely unfriendly and not helpful. A kind of rude.. It's little bit a shame, because the place is very nice. Maybe it's because the end of season and the owner made already enough turnover.

Sooo close to an idelic beach, safe for kids to swim, great to fish off the rocks, all just a hop, skip and a jump from the park, literally just cross the quite no exit street. We'll keeped and clean although communical lounge area was a let down felt more like a shed than a lounge. Only a swing for... More

My husband and I have had a wonderful week staying in the HiHi Beach Holiday Park and have been made most welcome. The beach is so close we could hear the waves at night. It is such a safe beach and if you love fishing it is the best place to be. The owners were on hand and nothing was... More

We have been coming to this camp for about 10 years and it was sold to the current owners in September 2015 and since that time they have done wonders for the camp. The kitchen area and all the amenities have been refurbished and the barbecue has been cleaned up and new barbecues purchased as well so that more people... More

We toured the Northland and for about two weeks in a camper van staying in different holiday parks - this was by far the cleanest and best equipped. It is a relatively small park, opposite a not-so-nice beach that improves if you walk along 5 minutes or so. Powered sites (x2 people) were $42 p/night, unpowered $38 p/night.They also have... More

We fell onto this campsite just by chance while driving the Pontiac on a day trip from a friends place who lives in Mill Bay (Mangonui). I had my Great Dane in the car and just asked to see if he was welcome in the campsite. Christine welcomed us onto the campsite and said if Hector (dog) was on a... More
