The area is nice, lovely beach in walking distance. The staff were very friendly. If you are looking for luxury, this is not for you. The rooms are dated,no bottled water or shower gel. The shower was fine and the bed comfortable and very peaceful place. I woke up freezing in the middle of the night, however there was an extra...

We spent two nights at the Ballyliffin Hotel towards the end of April. The hotel is easy to find as it is on the main street. On arrival we were given a very pleasant and friendly welcome by the male receptionist and were allowed into our room earlier than the check-in time. The room was at the front of the...

We stayed for two nights on a "deal".... And so glad we did, the staff are fantastic, helpful, and friendly. The public areas are all fresh and well decorated and the food was great. We were offered an assortment of bread and scones just fresh out of the oven during our breakfast. Breakfast was lovely. Our bedroom was clean and...

Myself and partner stayed at the Ballyliffin Castle Hotel for 2 nights on 15th & 16th April 2015. This was the first time we had stayed there. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with the nearest beach within walking distance or 5 minutes by car. There are magnificent beaches with golden sands at every turn in the road-this...
