Hotel very nice and cosy. Food excellent. The hotel was off the beaten track as the buildings were part of an old railway station but it had a certain ambiance. The staff were always happy to help with any issues. The bar was really nice with a big fire. I will certainly be back.

Reception Staff & manager very friendly & helpful. We were given lovely bedrooms for our stay. Bar staff were friendly and gave a great service. The cup of tea and scones we received on arrival were delightful, as was the dinner that evening. Lovely open fires in sitting and dining rooms. Great value for money.

Just back after a wonderful weekend break with friends, wish we were still there. Absolute pleasure to stay. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, food was out of this world, rooms were small but so cosy, we stayed in the honeymoon suite, beautiful! Open fires, good wine atmosphere perfectly... Can't wait to go back
