Beautiful house with character and history, nice decorated room. Excellent breakfast, especially cappuccino! Friendly owner! Good Wi-Fi For a dinner you can try Monte Selva Strada , simple, but inexpensive and good food.

We stayed for only one night in this beautiful small hotel but it was a very pleasurable experience. The building is about 500 years old and the way the owner has set it up you really experience that, albeit with the modern conveniences that we all appreciate. We stayed in the Caravaggio room which was a good size and beautifully...

We spent a week here in August and absolutely loved it. The personal touch to everything from the room to breakfast to interaction with the family exceeded all our expectations. Thank you, Adriano and Carmela for a wonderful experience.

While we have traveled to Italy several times, this was our first to Abruzzo. It is not on the usual tourist map for the US. We adored it. (Gran Sasso alone is worth the going if you like hiking!) And our experience at this lovely B & B was a big part of our joy. The owner, Adriano, and his...

My relatives and I stayed for several nights. The accommodations were wonderfully pleasant, the grounds beautifully maintained and the personal service was impeccable. The adjacent market has all the tasty items you need for a picnic in the courtyard.

We stayed here with friends over Easter and took the Superior Suite and the triple room. The rooms are very tastefully furnished and spacious. The breakfast is very good and varied. The owner gave us useful tips for trips in the area and it was the perfect base for going into the mountains and visit the picturesque hill towns. We...

If this was in England you would have to book months in advance. Renovated after the earthquake the house bedrooms and gardens were simply perfect. Tucked away in a village away from main routes you can have peace quiet and solitude if you want it. I adopt the positive reviews which are fully justified.

We originally intended to stay for 4 nights at the B&B but due to the hospitaliy and friendliness of our host and the lovely location we spend another 4 nights. Barisciano is a perfect starting point to explore the different national/regional parks in Abruzzo!

You always believe that some B&B is hard to top until you experience Palazzo la Loggia. What a nice place in a small village among this beautiful landscape. Adriano and his wife spent 4 years renovating this farmhouse and have not spared with details. Rooms are wonderfully decorated, so is the main hall and everything else. Breakfast was served in...

Palazzo La Loggia is an ancient palace of the XVI century, situated in the historical center of medieval Barisciano the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga. It was fully renovated in 2010 respecting lo stile of the time and using only recycled materials and original antique furniture. Palazzo La Loggia is situated in the heart of downtown and has a large green garden where you can unwind and relax in the sun away from the hustle and bustle of big cities.
