I didn't expect rooms to be that big in a 3* hotel, it was quite comfortable and pleasant. The staff was nice and welcoming, as well as the food. In addition, it's near the beach and a bus stop for Sanremo. The only problem is that there is no free wi-fi, and even if you pay for it, it's still quite poor.

The place was great, clean and comfy rooms. Aircon was provided but during that autumn time the climate was good. The carrefour was 24 hours and within walkable distance from the hotel. Just ask for directions! The hotel staff were friendly.

The rooms were very spacious, however the beds were very uncomfortable and blankets had cigarette burns in them. Food was very basic in terms of choice and quality. Not very much to do in the surrounding area either. You have to pay for the WiFi too. 3 euros for 5 hours. It is a no frills hotel but the staff are friendly enough.

Went for the Monaco Grand Prix and this hotel was not a patch on the one we stayed in in France. No complaint about the room (which was overbooked!) or the maids but the breakfast was awful and the conduct of the night porter/concierge was appalling. He spoke to the guests as if they were rubbish when money was being spent in the bar. Everyone complained about him. He should be sacked. You are treated like rubbish when you have paid good money to enjoy a holiday. It was like as if you were a nuisance! Basil Fawlty was better!! Avoid this hotel.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Arma on our way back home to Spoleto. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and were shown to our room. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The bed was conformable and the bathroom clean with a good shower. Breakfast was included in the room rate and consisted of cereals, cold meat, cheese, bread rolls, croissants, yoghurt and fresh fruit as well as coffee and tea. We enjoyed our short stay at the Hotel Arma and would certainly stay there again,
