Hardly a budget hotel, the standard is far below that and grossly overpriced for what it is. The room was filthy with mould growing throughout the bathroom, bed was rock hard and lumpy. Staff are rude and incompetent. Breakfast is only fit for pigs, unappetising...More

Standard rooms are not good. Bed hard as a rock. Window with large (6 inch gap) btw frame and bldg. decaying and crumbling. Noisy street and train right next door. The 7th floor deluxe room was nice but no wifi so I downgraded. Big mistake....More

I have stayed here several times over the years and always had a satisfactory experience. Staff has proven to be helpful if you ask for what you want. If you don't care for the first room they take you to, ask to see another. Easy...More
