Stayed at this Resort 2 nights although booked for 1 week. It was 2.5 hrs away from where we needed to meet with our business associates, so traveling back and forth was not productive. Nice Resort, beautiful grounds. Rooms needs tlc,and felt a little outdated. The hallways outside our room was completely dark and felt like you were in a horror movie. Staff was nice, very accomdating although most did not speak english. We found 1 person each shift who had limited english enough to help us. Restaurant is huge but needs more english on the menu. It was difficult to place an order. Resort far from main road, so forget about walking into town. The power went out due to a rain storm on our second day so we had to use the stairs. Bring Mosquito spray. The best part of our stay was the shower, it was the best. This shower had at least 9 shower heads, with steam, music etc. The best ever. If ever in the area, I would return for this alone. More

Beautiful views, nice hotel, staff was very friendly but a little lacking in English skills. If you are patient enough to work your way through any problems, they will offer you the same courtesy.

Thank FloridaYang_yin
