Good location, close to all the shopping in Sakae, and subway station. Hotel has a classical decor, the rooms are decent size, bathroom is small but clean, water pressure is great. Beds are comfortable and we liked that the window can be opened. Really thankful for the staff to help with handling the delivery of my luggage transfer from the airport, it was in the room already when I arrived. Overall a pleasant stay!

Good location. On checking in, we were handed a note, saying we weren’t getting room service at the rate we paid! Very odd as we paid almost £100 a night. Not too happy with room as it had a frosted glass window. As all Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in,quite small, but all amenities. A good shower,quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast is pre-ordered the night before, and is adequate.

Stayed here for a week. The staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. I was made to feel really welcome all the time. The breakfast was amazing and really tasty! The evening menu was very good, always nice after a days sightseeing. The room was absolutely great for single room, always clean and tidy. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Look forward to visiting again!!!

We stayed two nights, planning to join the Toyota plant tour. Its location suited us as the subway was a few steps away, and with one train change and a short cab ride,and needing one hour, we reached the Toyota Kaikan. It was near good restaurants and shops, and just across the road from.glittering Oasis 21. Room was small but comfortable, and staff very friendly and helpful.

I’m very disappointed because of your rejecting to keep my luggages in this morning. I’ve gone to many hotels of Japan. They all have allowed to keep my baggages even I have come back a few days later. I was very frustrated to move my two luggages to another hotel which I shall come back in Nagoya by three days. For this unfavourable experience, I would not recommend anybody to go to your hotel.
