The best thing about R&B Hotel is the excellent location. It is in the exciting bot of town, write near the subway, with lots of restaurants and bars etc. The rooms are fine, but quite small. Our bed was probably slightly smaller than in previous Japanese hotels. My only complaint is that there was no jug or kettle in our room.
Nothing special about it but very good located .. Just ten minutes walk from central park in Nagoya and the TV tower. Payment is made with an automat. I had a separate single room which was fine. They had included breakfast, quite a classic one.
This place would receive an OK rating based on the service (friendly enough) and the complimentary breakfast (eggs, coffee, juices and various croissants/bread products for no extra cost). The location is good for a tourist as it is close to the subway connecting to the major attractions. When we arrived to our typical Japanese-sized miniature room however, we were shocked to see the state of the carpet! It was covered in stains - as if someone had a flask of coffee and they decided to run around the room with it. This is clearly not management's fault but why are these still here when we check in? If it can't be removed the carpet needs re-doing, but it looks like they didn't even try! And the bathroom? Mould around the bathtub area and into the gap behind the bathtub/shower.
フロントの対応親切でした。部屋も狭いですが清潔で奇麗でした。朝は焼きたてのいろいろなパンがとてもおいしかったです。翌日宿泊したANA crowne 金山に比べて遥かに良かったです。機会があればまたぜひ利用したいです。Receptionist ladies were kind and polite. My room was tiny but so clean and beautiful. Breads at breakfast were so nice. I was even more satisfied with this hotel than with ANA Crowne Nagoya hotel where I stayed next day.
