I was given the impression that the hotel was near to Nagoya Station. It was more than 10-minute walk from the station. Instead, it was a few minutes walk from Kokusai Center subway station, so it is better to take the Sakura-dori line subway from Nagoya station to Kokusai Center subway station on a rainy day or for those who have bulky luggage bags. Check-in was smooth. Hotel staff were polite and efficient. Room was clean and the size was ok, it could accommodate our 2 big luggage bags and still had ample space for walking. The simmons beds were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was yummy and the spread was good. I do not mind staying in this hotel again because of its price and nice breakfast. However, I feel that the room that I stayed in was not elderly friendly because the bathtub was very high, not easy for elderly to climb in. Not sure if they have rooms with more elderly friendly bathtubs.

Stayed in 2 double rooms for a family of 3. Rooms are small. Stayed overnight prior to our trip to Osaka the next day. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the kosukai international station of the sakura dori line. Came in at around 11PM and it was drizzling a little. Hotel is past the bridge and can be seen across the river while crossing the bridge. Check in was fast. You pay in full once you get in. Payment is deposited in a payment machine like an ATM. Nearest convenient store is Lawson. There is also 7/11 nearby but it’s a bit of a walk. Suggest to grab something to eat if you’re coming in late. Not much to see or do in the area. Breakfast is ok.

This new hotel is just okay. It has all the same aspects that other hotels have, but it is very much more business oriented. It is annoying that TV turns on every time you enter the room and put the key where the electricity will turn on! I hope they change that feature. The breakfast is okay. The miso soup comes out of an instant soup machine. The lady said that you can only go once through the line, whereas all the other breakfast places I went to allow you go unlimited times. The room is very cafeteria-like and they won't open the curtains in the morning. There is a nice view of the river on one side, but you can't see it! Rather, you have to listen to crappy Japanese morning TV. Quite loudly too. Bathroom light is on wrong side of the door and so one wonders who designed this place when it is brand new? Desk workers won't quite up to the regular Japanese standard as well. I would go elsewhere if you can choose.
