Hard beds but nice breakfast buffet

The rooms are a little older and the beds are rock hard. And not just firm, but really hard. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of options. Location is good and was nice to be by the bay. Taxis were always readily available and didn’t have to wait for any.

How far is it to walk to kobe art centre (conference venue)

Its quite a bit of walk. Almost 40mts I would say.

If you book from floor 30- 33 will you automatically get a good view?

Generally yes. If you are facing south you will see Kobe Bay, the Mosaic park, the Tower, which is nice in the evening when the lights are on. If you are facing north, you will see Rokko mountain, the Old Settlement, and the town centre. There is no very close building to the hotel. I personally like Kobe Bay view.

Maybe you can take train from JR 三宫 to JR 元町，then walk to the Hotel.
