Stayed on Feb.27 to 29th. Rudeness of the front desk staff concerning registration form (I'm a Japanese with German citizenship) was unspeakable. I didn’t get the name of this man but his attitude and the way of talking was not something you would encounter at any other places. I complained about this matter to the manager, writing some notes in Japanese but they reacted none. Facility includes room and quality of the breakfast (mostly Japanese food) were good enough but I will never choose this hotel chain again.

Close to Hakata Station, just 5 to 10 minutes straight walk. Also near Fukuoka Airport, 10 to 15 minutes by taxi and around 1500 to 2000 yen only. Room was clean and new decoration, had washing machine, microwave, fridge, induction cooker. It's convenience for those who stay for longer period. The hotel won't provide daily clean up services if you're staying less than 6 nights. Staffs were helpful and polite, most of them can speak good English.

used Tokyo Stay Hakata as our main stay location as we were traveling around North Kyushu. With it being a relatively close distance to the Hakata JR station, it was a perfect location. We arrived in Fukuoka pretty early and we left our luggage at the hotel before we headed to our first destination. The concierge was friendly and accommodating. The check in process was also very smooth and easy. Tokyo Stay was a business hotel. It came with a washing machine which really helped to clear the “dead load”. Water pressure was also very very good. Bed was comfortable although I would prefer better pillows. Place was clean and they replenished the basic amenities in the room without the cleaning. Would recommend this place if you like a clean, quiet hotel as it’s at least 5mins away from all the hustle bustle.

We stayed for 5 Nights recently, chose it for its proximity. It is a new Hotel but while near the walk from nearest AMU Mall exit is till around 10 mins +.. Was a tough walk on few occasions when it raised no sheltered.. Nice design lobby with X’mas décor. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. There is a Lawson just steps from the hotel; so convenient. A best part is the Free Georgia Coffee and ice available at the lobby floor. Seating at the sofa enjoying the beautiful deco/setup with a warm cuppa is really chill-lax to us! The Double Bed room is respectable in terms of size and importantly comfortable! There are basic amenities, and several USB plugs in room for devices charging. The best part would be its equipped with washing machine and microwave (warm up food) and a trouser press (was useful). The Hotel is quite near to the JR track but the occasional sound of passing train is bearable and not a nuisance. Did not try their breakfast which is available list price of 1,200 yen. Bf is easy as Seattle Best and other eateries at nearby Kitte . The only alternative comment I had was with housekeeping. We like the idea of going-green and each room to get what toiletries they need at the L1 lobby the actual room keeping was not as good as expected. The Toilet/tissue papers were not replenished. It could be the Hotel guide but created some inconveniences. But anyway. Still a good choice to stay. 

Location Suggested to take taxi from Fukuoka International Airport to hotel directly and the cost was around 1500 yen. Taxi can drop you off at the main entrance/back entrance. You can request front desk to reserve the taxi for you in advance and the taxi will arrive on time at the main entrance. Lobby Size was OK and decorated with beautiful Christmas tree. Nice and warm. Check in / out fast and efficient. Front desk staff could speak English although not fluent. Staff was nice and very helpful. Amenities You could choose those items you need at the lobby. Room We reserved two twin rooms plus one deluxe twin room and they arranged us on the same floor. Room size was small for those regular twin room but good for the deluxe one. We did use the washing/drying machines inside the room because of rainy days and they could function properly. Breakfast Not many choices but OK. We did have dinner there for two evenings due to rainy days. Dinner was fine and there were a lot of locals to have dinner there as well. Price was reasonable and I highly recommend if you are travelling with kids or 4 seniors like us. From hotel to Hakata station It took around 5 mins walk on sunny day and it was very safe even in the mid-night. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Keeping baggage while we went to Yufuin They were very nice and keep the baggage for us during we went to Yufuin. Free coffee at lobby Hot and delicious . Must try. Car park No parking inside hotel but there were a lot of choices around the hotel and it was very easy to find one even on weekends/peak hours. Parking fee is low, just around 1500yen from 2200-0800. Will I stay this hotel again? Not sure because of the location and room rate. There are a lot of choices around the station. This hotel is good but the room rate keeping high is a major issue for me. I prefer to stay other hotel in front of Hakata station with similar rate.
