### 😄 Good Points - The room is very clean (the chic color based black and suitable for adult person. Guests seem to be of an older age.) - There is a useful items such as below in my room. 1. Bluetooth speaker branded "Bose" . 2. Air Cleaner called "Nanoe" is cleaning room by using hypochlorous acid - There is a public bath space and It is very cleaned. (NOT hot spring) ### 😭 Bad Points - My room is too small to place a baby crib. The hotel recipient said "It is OK to place a baby crib", but there wasn't room for one. Eventually we had to carry it to the back of the room by ourselves and put the baby crib into the resting room space.
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel in a convenient location in Ginza. The fish market is walking distance, there is a subway station right outside the front door, the staff are really helpful. The rooms are quite small - but this is standard for Tokyo.
This is a hotel located towards the southern part of Ginza which means that it is within walking distance of shops, business buildings, theaters, etc. A train station is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the hotel which means that you can actually get from Narita to the hotel without having to incur into skyhigh taxi fares. Having said this, Tokyo is a city with a very extensive tube system which means that you can get pretty much anywhere by a combination of train and tube. Rooms are a bit small yet very very comfortable and yes, they have handress toilets which is actually quite nice and you will most likely develop a liking for them. The tub is quite small for Western standards but no big deal. Breakfast at the hotel is very good with both Japanese and Western options which will ensure that regardless of your mood you should be able to find what you may fance at that particular time. Service, as expected, is very efficient. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, our first ever at a Mitsui property. It will not be the last one, that is certain.…
Lovely friendly staff, super helpful - comfortable beds - great views. Lots of room - bath and shower! There's no room service, which seems weird in such a posh hotel. Also no spa or gym. Great location - can walk to the fish market really easily.
Let me write it at first, I will rate this hotel 4.5 but since Tripadvisor won't take 0.5 points in rating, I will rate 5. I will explain it below. First, the location is really good, which is close to Ginza and Tsukiji fish market, which means you can walk to there. However, it has cost which is far away from the subway station comparing to other hotels in Shinbashi. However, overall the distance to the subway station is not so far so I believe it is acceptable. Moreover, since it is close to Shinbashi station, it is very convenient for you to go to anywhere around Tokyo. The room is small. Since this time I have a friend who is kind of fat with me, I can really feel the smallness of the room. Moreover, the breakfast does not have so many choices compares to other Mitsu Garden Hotels in Kyoto. If you want a big room and a good breakfast, this hotel might not be your first choice. That's why I take off 0.5 points for this hotel. By the way, the night view from the lobby is really good. Overall I will still recommend this hotel but it might not be the best choice for those who want to be close to subway station, big rooms, or good breakfasts.…
