Detailed Reviews
Staff: they were very friendly and responsive to questions — they will always exert extra effort to address our concerns
Services: They are very particular about cleanliness. They even respectfully left us a note reminding us that our room needs to be serviced at least once for every 3 days (apparently, this was a rule in JPN). I really appreciated that. This was because we just chose to not have our room serviced just for one day.
There is free flowing coffee and tea at the lounge which was awesome! We loved it so much that we would frequently hang out in the area. The smoking area inside also amazed me coz you wont even smell like you smoked even after going to that corner - which my friend really loved.
Location: the best. Very near Nissan Crossing and near the corner of Ginza Six. the stores that we wanted to go to are within walking distance: Uniqlo, 7-11, Lawson, Don Quijote, and a grocery store within 3 blocks.

Staying for three nights at the end of my month long adventure in Japan. The hotel is located a short walk to the metro station and next door to a large shopping mall and the Kabuki Theatre.
Rooms are small (as are most throughout Japan), however I was very comfortable and had everything I needed. One of the things I love about the hotels throughout Japan is that constant supply of toiletries, water, coffee and tea. There is a small refrigerator, enough hanging space to put out your clothes for the next day and enough space to spread your suitcase out.
Loved the absolute quiet up on the 8th floor, there is good insulation between rooms so I do not have to listen to conversations from the next room or hallway.
Staff are friendly but a little lacking in knowledge about anything outside the hotel. I needed a taxi early one morning and had to pay an extra booking fee only to find that there is a taxi rank right outside on the street.
Only disappointment for this area is that after 8pm the food courts of shopping malls are closed and there are only expensive restaurants nearby, but thats Ginza.
Best things about my single room are the decent sized and very comfortable bed and a small table that I could move around to suit when I needed to do computer work.
I would stay here again next time I come to Tokyo.

Our family had a lovely stay at Hotel Gracery Ginza between 1st-4th April 2023. The location is fantastic in the middle of Ginza down town , across the road of Ginza Six, surrounded by great restaurants and cafe where we found delicious foods at reasonable price. Ginza Lion restaurant next door is one of them. The rooms were small however they were amazingly comfortable, especially the beds. Any way it was Tokyo and Ginza so we expected the small room size. Trains and metro were all nearby abd very convinient. Tokyo station was just 25 minutes walk approximately or 1 station away from Higashi-Ginza station. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Price was very good for its location.

The hotel was based in a good location for exploring Tokyo.
The rooms were clean, albeit a little in the small side we had a double room and our daughters a twin room - the twin was more spacious and had a safe (which the double did not) so I would certainly recommend booking a twin
The bathroom was rather dated and the shower a bit peculiar but other than that the room was clean.
The only slightly odd thing was that room cleaning and bed making was only performed every other day but we had a towel change each day so I can’t complain too much about that.
Breakfast at the hotel was very nice with lots of options - both Japanese and continental!
The hotel communal areas were lacking a bit of atmosphere and the bar was very expensive - the lifts advertised a drinks offer in the bar but it did not make it clear that this had to be purchased from reception and wasn’t available in the bar.
Overall a clean and comfortable no frills hotel for exploring Tokyo.

Hotel located in the heart of Tokyo's chicest district
200 meters from the metro to reach all the best places to visit
In the room you will find everything you need from pajamas to slippers and even a universal mobile phone charger. In the bathroom toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel shampoo and hairdryer
In the lobby orange juice water coffee and tea gogo
On the floor ice and water dispenser
In short, an excellent solution to get around the city

We spent 3 nights here during our stay in Tokyo: initially in room 819, then in 619
Room 819 was quite small but OK considering that you're in a large capital city. It has some of the usual facilities but no in-room safe and only 4 clothes hangers in a space which could easily hold 10. There isn't a lot of storage space if you wanted to empty your suitcase and only 1 suitcase stand, although there is a small sofa which is useful for sorting out a suitcase. There is a universal charging hub which includes a USB C point which fits modern phones, etc. The bathroom was well equipped, especially the toilet which is a typical Japanese (all singing all dancing) unit. The in-bath shower was OK, but the height of the shower head was fixed.
Room 619 was identical except that there was a small desk in the room which could be used as a workspace.

Hotel itself is centrally located in the posh Ginza district of Tokyo.. staff are great .. the room I had was very nice. .. don't expect much of a view due to the skyscrapers everywhere .. however the buffet breakfast was very underwhelming....very limited options .. and same thing every day with no variety... If it wasn't included in my rate I would not have paid the ¥2000 yen a day .. you can get a better breakfast at 7-11 for under ¥800.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff were welcoming and helpful, assisting with any requests, such as taxis or directions. The room (a 'semi double') was just right for one person for a few days - with a very comfy bed, enough room to feel comfortable and a nice bathroom and shower. Ginza is a great area - so many galleries and shops close by, an easy walk to the imperial palace or the fish market and brilliant transport links. My fourth stay in Tokyo and this is the best hotel yet. Recommended.

This hotel is conveniently located for staying in Ginza and is reasonably priced.
The entrance is a little hard to find, and I got lost.
The front desk is on the second floor.
The elevator from the second floor takes you to your floor by swiping your card key. It's a little reassuring that it doesn't stop on other floors.
The room is equipped with a humidifier and a cushion-type massage machine.
The room felt a little old, and the bathtub creaked and was rusty.
The toilet nozzle was also loud and bothersome. The noise from the room above also echoed quite a bit, which bothered me, but maybe that was just bad luck.
There is a refrigerator and kettle in the room, but there are also vending machines, a water server, and ice in the hallway.

Perfect location, in one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in Tokyo. Rooms not particularly large and toilet found to be a little dirty. In the “Laundry” service you must specify if you want to remove specific stains (e.g. oil) otherwise they will only wash/iron….
For the rest, still a good experience. They also offer baggage shipping to another location (for a large hold baggage, around €20).

Very small rooms but ok. Go online to their site to see. Fabulous position!!
Tokyo station was about 20min walk. Airport at Narita about 60/70 min
I'm not sure, there simply may not be enough room. You'd have to check the hotel website .
