We stayed here for 10 nights as a base to explore Tokyo and further afield. We could not have made a better choice. The area is great for transport links and other amenities like restaurants, bars, convenience stores and shopping. We got a direct train from Narita airport to Shin-Nihombashi and the hotel was a 2 minute walk from the station. It is also on the Ginza metro line so very easy for getting to other parts of the city. The check in was easy and we were very happy with our room. As we were staying for 10 nights it was important to us to have a studio type of room with cooking facilities and a washing machine. The place was spotlessly clean and housekeeping was every 3 days. There was everything you could possibly need. We even cooked a meal a couple of the nights. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Despite it obviously being busy when we were there, judging from the amount of luggage being stored each day, we never heard a sound from any of the other rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for more than just a hotel room with limited facilities. I would use this hotel again.

The WiFi is very good and the room has a very comfortable set up. The kitchen is easy to use and the beds are also comfortable asf. The receptionists are especially kind and welcome you with a heartfelt welcome. In the kitchen there is a very high-quality toaster, to toast ur food. It’s really nice and looks very aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom has enough space to comfortably enjoy the bathing time。

We have a comfortable apartment style space for a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 teenagers. There’s a separate toilet room from the shower and sinks, and a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer that also dries the same load. All the comforts we need.

The room and location were great. The best was having our own washer and dryer in the room. There was a separate toilet area , sink and shower/tub room. This made it easy to share the room. It also had a kitchenette with refrigerator, cooktop, dishes, etc . There was a dining table so you could eat in the room or at one of the many restaurants located nearby. The hotel was located close to the Kanda train station, under a 10 minute walk .
The front desk personnel were very helpful and welcoming. They had extra toothbrushes, mini hair brushes, laundry detergent,etc.
We would absolutely stay here again.

Gate stay priemum nihonbashi hotel has a very nice lobby that is very hostibitle. The location of the Gate stay priemum nihonbashi hotel is right near the train station and make it convenient. They also have amazing communication.

A welcome retreat from the busyness of Tokyo….
We just arrived in Tokyo in the middle of summer. Just a few blocks from the Kanda JR station, the Gate Stay Premium Nihonbashi shuts out the noise and hubbub of city life. The peaceful atmosphere helped us to calm down after a busy day of travel.
Our stay was preceded by excellent communication, including frequent and courteous responses. The room is spacious enough for a family of four, and we look forward to exploring the city from our delightful home base.

Spacious room. Friendly staff.
We stayed for 3 nights and we got the toiletries and towels for the whole duration at the beginning of the stay - such a positive difference from the other apartments we stayed at in Japan!
