Nice staff and very clean rooms. Rooms are very small but efficient. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions. Front desk staff very gracious and helpful. Some speak better English than others. When I left the staff helped me out with my bags and flagged down a taxi. He did not speak English so she translated in Japanese! I got where I needed to be on time!

Even though the people at the front desk and their little dog are adorable and sweet, the hotel is pretty rotten. If you don't care for smoke: Our room stunk of smoke, maybe it was coming from above, or maybe from the floor below. In addition, when you enter the hotel, there is a small bar/breakfast area, very handy except that everyone inside smokes non-stop and so the entryway (and dining area/bar) stinks of smoke. Also annoying is the fact that they have music playing in the hallways from 7am until midnight which- I don't know about you- but I do not want to hear for hour after hour in my room. On the plus side is the great location, but there are MUCH NICER hotels in the same great location, so I, for one, will never again make the mistake of stepping foot into this hotel when I go to Tokyo.…

A small hotel locate just opposite Tsukiji Market. The hotel is near the train station and staff are very friendly. Although the room furnitures are old but it is neat and clean. Toiletries are provided and ladies get a small amenities bag.

This hotel is just across road from the Tsukiji market, so it's convenient if you want to go there very late or early. It's also close to two subway stations. Our room is spacious and inexpensive by the central Tokyo standard, but the room feels dark and furniture look old. We stayed at the 2nd floor and the street noise was pretty obvious in the morning. The service personnel are courteous.

We looking for cheap hotel for exploring Tsukiji market in the morning this hotel was cheapest and just opposite the market .Everything small lobby ,elevator ,guest room small same as the others in japan but we feel cramped because of the room ceiling is too low , room not clean if you have budget tokyu stay opposite sides is the better choice. However all staff they was very friendly and polite.
