It is cheap, people are nice, you are very close to landmarks and train/subway. The only problem is that if someone makes noise, you will definitely hear it, but other than that, it is a very good price for money, considering 7 nights are the cost of a single night in an average tokyo hotel.

Small space. Hot inside the cabin/capsule. With tv, however is too small and old generation tv set. And there is one FM radio which does not received any broascasting at all. However, the good point is that it is easy access to the subway, Tokyo metro and JR station, and very near to Tokyo Tower. The price is also can be considered quite cheap at the region.

After living in Osaka for 25 years, this was my first ever experience staying in a capsule hotel! I flew in to Haneda airport at 11pm, and just needed a place to rest before joining a Tokyo bus tour the next morning, departing from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal very close by, so this was great for that. (Or for an early flight out of Haneda.) There is a shower & public bath in the hotel basement, toilets on each floor, a TV with only Japanese channels in the sleeping pod, and a convenience store just outside. Note that the sleeping capsules do not have locking doors, but just a curtain that you pull down for privacy. They have a weird system for shoes & keys: you put your shoes in a locker at the entrance, then hand over the key to the front desk. They will give you another key, which is NOT for your capsule, but for a locker in the basement bathroom with your towel, robe, and toothbrush. There is no door to the sleeping capsule, so no key for that! The staff can keep your suitcase for you if you want, but I just left mine outside the pod while I was sleeping, since Japan is super-safe.
