This hotel consists of two parts, separated by a small street. Reception and restaurant are in main, rooms and bar are in the annex, which I did not experience as a problem. It is inwalking distanbce from subway, and reach within 70 minutes from Marita by Keisan line and Yananoto JR. The place is quiet and clean, and the costs are reasonable.
Stays for 2 nights recently in the annex building. Room is more spacious than average room in Tokyo and its very clean. Its quiet at night too. The hotel even provide children personal hygiene kit for my 2 children. Staffs speak fluent english and very helpful. The nearby Daimon station has direct train access to Narita Airport via Asakusa Line - Kensei Narita Sky Access.
ROOM: Very nice room, with comfortable beds. Bathroom is compact. BREAKFAST BUFFET: Outstanding! Good selection of Asian and Western foods. Plenty of polite staff. Thai partner gave a thumbs up. LOCATION: Wonderful! Within walking distance of Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower. Many restaurants within walking distance. About 15 minute taxi ride from Haneda Airport. STAFF: Friendly and helpful. Spoke very good English. Overview: A wonderful hotel, a very good value!

Would stay there again as it’s convenient.

The check in was seamless and although early & before check in time we were allowed access to our room. which was very comfortable, modern, clean and tidy. This hotel is located very close to Tokyo tower and close to the train station, on the yamanote line, the subway and monorail. It was an excellent base to explore Tokyo. We managed to navigate the local trains, which are clean and run on time - highly efficient. We ordered room service one evening which was delivered by 2 people. The waiter wouldn't enter our room as he had shoes on. The tray was passed to us. The meal was very tasty.
