Detailed Reviews
The room I stayed in was one of the best rooms I ever had. Spacious with a nice view on the skyline. Bed was big and comfortable. Very nice bathroom with rain shower. Very well equiped: washing mashine and TV from Panasonic, water kettle from Braun. Bose Soundbar. Room was bright, quiet and very clean. Last but not least the wonderful staff who made this stay so unexceptional. Arigatou to you all!!!! Just a tip: Maybe you could provide some small towels in the gym.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. The washing machine and kitchen felt like a home away from home. The staff member Manisha speaks English and was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again! Recommend this hotel.

+1
Stayed for three nights. We normally stay at Japanese business hotels, but having stayed at other Fraser properties thought we'd try here.
From organising (and changing due to covid) the booking direct with the hotel, to our arrival experience, stay and check out the staff could not be faulted. Attentive and kind, yet professional.
The happy bonus was Moss Cross Restaurant, we'd booked a package with breakfast, and over the three days tried different breakfast options. All were excellent. So much so we booked a lunch which was also excellent. The executive chef is french trained and focuses on healthy modern Japanese cuisine. Lunch was so good we booked a degustation dinner with matched wines/sake. Again a treat.
The dinning room/front of house team are excellent, well trained.
Highly recommended this property.

The residence is located behind the TBS Broadcast Center, on a very quiet street in the high-class Akasaka neighborhood. The location is very quiet, though it is at the top of a fairly steep hill, about a 7 minute walk to the Akasaka Station on the Chiyoda Line. Only complaint about the neighborhood is the lack of a proper super-market, though the area is (as usual for Tokyo) awash in convenience stores and there is a small branch of Seijo-Ishii market in the Biz office tower above the subway station. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with courteous, professional staff. I was in what was effectively a one-room unit, with the kitchen separated from the sleeping area by a slotted divider. By Japanese standards, the unit is reasonably spacious, although it lacked a desk or working/dining surface other than a very small round coffee table in front of the sofa that stretches the width of the room. It might have been better to have a smaller sofa and a real desk, but one makes do. The kitchen is well-equipped, with even an oven, and the in-room combination washer/dryer worked well. The room was serviced twice weekly. The only note there is that waste receptacles are extremely small, and if you do any dining in your unit at all, these will quickly fill up. The bathroom is beautiful, with a proper Japanese soaking tub and separate washing/showering area next to it. Only negative is that I was told the property is closing after July 2022. What it will next become wasn't clear, at least to the staff member with whom I spoke.
