Very clean, good services and very well located near Shinagawa station. Too bad there’s not a restaurant to it but good restaurant around. Staff were very quite, helpful, professional Which is always great. Stayed for a 2 weeks stay and it was a very good choice.
Great business hotel about 10 Minutes walk from Shinagawa station. Very friendly staff. Nice, albeit small rooms. Well equipped and designed with a super functional and nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast with different sandwiches you can choose from. Due to Coronavirus no buffet, but you got an individually prepared tray with all you need. Highly recommended.
Pleasant and modern hotel near the station (Narita express), lots of places to eat in the vicinity (5 to 10 minutes walk). Very pleasant and helpful staff, big comfy bed, bathroom on the larger side for Japan and extremely clean. Breakfast is quite European and not really Japanese. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby in the evening.
Don’t trust the room pictures. “CITY VIEWS” = frosted glass with 2 inch opening window facing the stairwell of next door apartment building! Upsides: free wine, coffee, juice etc in lobby every evening, very clean bathrooms. OK location 10min walk or so from train stations which is far in Tokyo! Don’t stay here more than a couple nights if you can.
The location is very difficult to find - too close to take a taxi from JR Shinagawa station, and too far to walk if you are dragging heavy luggage. And, no one seems to have ever heard about this hotel, including local residents and businesses. The only positive aspect of this hotel was that it's clean and new. This is a VERY small, typical 'Japanese-style' business hotel. Do not be fooled by the tacky pictures on their website. You probably won't even have enough space to open your suitcase. The worst part was the happy hours at their so-called "guest-only lounge" in the evening. The café clerk was unbelievably rude to me, refusing to explain the menu even after I showed him my room key. It turned out that he was suspicious of my stay because I had paid my room in cash in advance. Dude, this was my last night in Japan and I was trying to get rid of yen. Once I showed him my AMEX card, he immediately corrected his attitude and came to my table to apologize with a complimentary dish. Nonetheless, the whole experience was so unnecessary, unprofessional, and uncalled for. Don't you ever receive a guest who prefers to pay cash, especially because it's located near two major airports? And if any doubt, ask my ID at check in, I wouldn't have minded. In summary, NO, I'm definitely not coming back here - skip this hotel if you have other options. And, there are plenty of options in the area.…
