Detailed Reviews
We chose to spend our last two nights in Tokyo in luxury & Keio Plaza Premier Grand did not disappoint. It’s a very big hotel & we arrived early however we went to level 45 reception and they sat us in their lounge to help ourselves to drinks while they checked us in. Rooms are not ready till 2pm so they held our bags, offered free umbrellas while we walked around the Shinjuku area. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. Once in our rooms we enjoyed the city views. The rooms are large, modern and the best toilet you will ever experience. Beautiful L’Occitane amenities. At 5pm we wanted to experience the SkyLounge for a cocktail on level 45 however it was very packed and we were to go on a waiting list. Forget it. We have access to the Premier lounge opposite so enjoyed the delicious nibbles on offer and free drinks including sake, wine & beer. The night view from there is magnificent & opposite the Metropolitan building that lights up at night. Free wifi, great little grocery/gift store on ground floor. Lots of restaurants to choose from although a short walk from the hotel has lots of places to eat. Being Premier guests we enjoyed the upstairs lounge for a small meal which was enough for us. Breakfast is included. First morning we went to the Lounge on 45. Usual eggs bacon fruit toast etc. The next morning we chose the Japanese restaurant for breakfast downstairs. OMG. A full Japanese breakfast including cod, miso soup, rice. It was sensational. Definitely recommend this option. Staff were friendly. Service was excellent. Yes expensive but worth it for the experience & to end our holiday in style. We would come here again.

The location is great as close to Shinjuku station . There is a direct path to the station from one of the entrances.
On the club levels the rooms are big with Nespresso and beautifully set out with great views. The lounge on the top floor offers snack and drinks though limited variety. The reception area however is a little shabby for a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic hotel in prime location in Shinjuku. We stayed on the Grand Premier levels which includes a really nice lounge with snacks and drinks and a private dining room which has a gorgeous breakfast of both western and eastern choices. LOVED breakfast. It's a huge hotel but has a huge staff to run it. Our room was large, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Best part is that Keio Plaza is on the Limousine Bus stop route but we didn't want to wait an hour for the next one from Haneda Airport so took the bus that stopped at Shinkjuki Station and it was truly a 5 minute walk from where the bus dropped us off. Get off the bus and turn left and walk straight and you will see the hotel. That easy. Taxis are inexpensive and plentiful in Tokyo. We had 4 people in our group and often it was worth it just to take taxis vs. the train but the train system was easy and the location to our hotel couldn't be beat.

The hotel was simply amazing! The premier grand rooms are brand new and extremely comfortable. High quality toiletries and accessories kept in the bathroom and good provisions made in the room make a very comfortable stay. The breakfast at the executive lounge was wonderful. Complimentary tea in the afternoon and drinks the the evening were an amazing addition. The views from the lounge on the 45th floor add to the experience. The service is excellent and the location of the hotel all adds up to a fantastic stay!

Fantastic hotel in prime location in Shinjuku. We stayed on the Grand Premier levels which includes a really nice lounge with snacks and drinks and a private dining room which has a simple breakfast of both western and eastern choices. The Grand Permier room was well appointed and provided great range of bathroom vanity items which were replaced during the stay. It catered for families with children which included kids bathroom vanity items eg kids face washers etc, it also provided a large soft play kids room on level 47 which was great for the parents who wanted to have some evening drinks while still being able to supervise their kids. The hotel was also close by to a park for parents who wanted to take their kids to a children’s park. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families. Staff were very friendly and service was great.

I stayed overnight at Superior King alone on a conference business trip. Keio Plaza Hotel is a big hotel and it seems to be crowded at the front desk for procedures and breakfast, but Premier Grand has the great advantage of being able to do all of that in the club lounge.
The rooms were modernly renovated, and I was very satisfied with the great amenities and relaxing soaking in the tub.
I used the club lounge for tea, bar and breakfast, but the area was large and spacious, and the staff was great to serve, with a wide variety of beverages and food to satisfy the taste. I also enjoyed the illumination of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, which was seen at bar time, in the special seats.
It was a wonderful experience that made me want to stay again when I participate in academic conferences and events at Keio Plaza.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a premier grand room on floor 39 we then left our main luggage to do a side trip to Hiroshima and came back for one more night.
The hotel is large and the foyer was always so busy. But staying in the premier grand rooms was a different experience,
We were able to check in at the lounge on the 45th floor. The staff here were all wonderful, so helpful no friendly.
The room was huge with large windows overlooking the metropolitan government building.
Comfortable bed, great shower and lots of helpful amenities provided in the bathroom.
We enjoyed breakfast in the club lounge and the evening happy hour with drinks and food was just what we needed after a day sight seeing.
The space on floor 47 is excellent for relaxing.
Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed four nights at the Keio Plaza Hotel Premier Grand. Our stay was pleasant and quite luxurious. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We had access to the club lounge which was handy for drinks, snacks and the 45th floor views.
Shinjuku station was an 800 metre walk but that proved to be the easy part. Inside the station area is a maze of entrances, exits and rail lines to everywhere.
I'd definitely recommend the Keio Plaza Premier Grand to anyone looking for space, comfort and luxury.

The room is large, match with the price. The hotel amenities is complete i think is belong to 5 stars hotel at that era but still stand until now
I went to there with my family on February 2023, and it is comfortable for children access

+1
After a 14 hour flight and metro ride from the airport, the comfort of the lounge with coffee was very welcome.
Although we were too early to check in we were able to sit in the lounge and staff took our details so that we could go directly to our room when the time came.
Once in our room we were not disappointed. The room was large with far reaching views.
Luxurious toiletries provided was a nice treat.
Plenty of choice for breakfast and we took a snack in the lounge at the end of the day.
The hotel is large, but a premier grand room is a great choice.
Close enough to walk to Shinjuku and see the bright lights or catch a metro from the station.
