We had stayed at many different Grand Hyatts in various cities and countries, as well as Park Hyatt Sydney, and the Park Hyatt Tokyo topped them all in terms of ambience and customer service.We will definitely stay there again!

Great hotel. Great location,great staff. This is park hyatt all the way. We found the location very peaceful and easy walking distance to most attractions and the main train station. Resturants and food very good. Pool excellent and spa very nice.

Nope, only the laundry bag with price. Can bring out to coin laundry around the area if needed, a few nearby.

A swim cap is required. Bring goggles. I believe the pool has at least two lap lanes and one large open lane.
