Really enjoyed my stay at the Sakura Hotel Nippori. The location was conveniently located to quaint shops, and close to the Nippori Station which can easily take one to a number of sites. The service was great. I appreciated the fact that despite how busy the reception or restaurant got, they were always polite and patient and more than made up for the language barrier. I was initially unsure about the shared bathrooms and toilets but found that they were clean and that all guests respected space and times. I ordered a meal at the restaurant which was affordable but more importantly delicious as well. The hotel was closely located to 7/11 shops (2mins walk) and other restaurants and gift shops as well. Irons and ironing boards are available for those needing to iron, towels might be a bit small if you're used to large ones, but they get the job done.…

The host was the worst host i have ever experienced. The bar was open 24 hours but he neglected to stay open as he wanted to sleep. This been the worst experience ever in japan. I dont want to be rud, but he completely disrespected us and proceeded to make excuses in order to get rid of us. I would never recommend this place if coming with friends to enjoy japan

It was a really comfortable and pleasant stay. I would recommend it, particularly for solo travelers. Really hospitable service and 24/7 staff available at counters. Conveniently placed near the station and they also arrange cabs. I would prefer to stay in the same hotel when I visit again.

I regularly use Sakura Hotel Nippori to do business as it has reliable wifi and great facilities. The cost is extremely reasonable and staff are helpful. The location is great, it's right in the heart of the trendy Yanesen district and very convenient for both Nippori and Sendagi stations, making it easy to get from Narita airport and travel around Tokyo. You can even visit Ueno park and its many museums on foot. The rooms are simple and clean. The restaurant has a wide variety of international cuisine and a great selection of world beers. I would equally recommend this to people traveling around Japan, or for those who need a teleworking base.

I love this hotel, its clean, spacious, restaurant is huge. Peter Chen is the best manager, he's constantly improving the hotel and organising fun events. There are a few Sakura hotels in Tokyo, this one has the best food, and bigger rooms - I especially like the Japanese Tatami rooms which are spacious with lots of natural light. The restaurant staff are super friendly too - and food is cooked fresh at reasonable prices - I love the Taco rice ! Will definitely wish to stay here longer next time :)

Exactly what you would want from a hotel for travelers who stay on the GO: great convenient location, helpful and friendly multi-lingual staff, delicious and affordable in-house cafe, and room options to suit your needs. I've used a few Sakura House hotels both on my own and with friends and they've always been more than accommodating. The manager, Peter, was super friendly and helpful in seeing that I had the best experience during my stay.

We went with friends, very nice place with all the Covid-19 measures, nice staff they speak English, Spanish and Chinese, and very good food, close to Yanaka Street and JR Yamanote line, perfect for a visiting Tokyo, the rooms are very confy and clean and a very tasty breakfast, wonderful time there.

Location good,clean enough but it is true the walls somewhat dirty.I wiped with a wet tissue and it came off ,so no big deal to clean it. Otherwise everything ok ,surprised people could complain about the breakfast,for that price you are lucky to get anything.

We really enjoyed staying on mats on the tatami. The shared showers were always very clean and had great water pressure. The service was brilliant and it was soo handy to know the cafe was open 24 hours. The nearest metro stop is Sendagi and it was very convenient to get around (Chiyoda Line). In addition, the hotel is close to the Nippori Railway Train Station which has the direct Sky Train to Narita airport.
