No need to check out another hotel to stay in Tokyo
It’s already in a very touristy location
Very clean and the staff very attentive and friendly
1-2 minutes to subway
I stayed in September 2023, breakfast was not included in my reservation and was delicious
I recommend staying in the top-floor suite for everyone, the view is great ⁇

The rooms are a decent size and quite clean considering it’s Tokyo. There are several asakusa metro stations on different lines but each are approx 10 min walk away. Would not suggest trying to walk to the hotel with big luggage. Nothing against the hotel itself but unless you have good reason to stay near Senso-ji or Tokyo Skytree, would recommend choosing a hotel closer to Ueno. We ended up taking a bus to Ueno on most days to venture to other parts of Tokyo. There is coin laundry on site but it’s very slow and almost always occupied. We were on a long trip and ended taking the laundry out to local laundry. There’s not much choices near the hotel if you want a late night ramen or other activités in the evening.

Very helpful front desk staff. The housekeeper on my floor was perfect. Eloise cafe-onsite was a great way to start the day. Breakfast was included at low price. Near shrine. Bus route stops at building. Train walkable within 10 minutes.

Big rooms, nice view if you live high up. Nice staff who can speak English well. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the G-line subway and 10 minutes from the Tsukauba Express subway. In the area there are nice restaurants, some good grocery stores and the entire Sensoji Temple area. Also, only 10 min walk to Kappabashi-dori (cooking/chef street).

We found this an excellent hotel for the two nights we stayed there at the beginning of our tour of Japan. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. There was a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee provided.Breakfast was typical Japenese style with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was the Senso-ji Temple nearby which was well worth a visit

What a great experience, go there with your eyes closed.
The staff takes great care, the rooms are beautiful and clean.
And the big plus is obviously the rooftop, enjoying this view day and night is just magical.
The location is also a big advantage in the heart of Asakusa, close to senso-ji and metro stations.

Nice hotel. Good size rooms. Beds very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi, safe, coffee making facilities. Bath with shower. Staff are helpful. Breakfast area is quite small and they employ a timed entrance. Few options for breakfast but very nice.
Very close to the temple.
Great views from the viewing area on the top floor. Shame there are no seats or a bar.

Large rooms by Japans standard! Beautiful and clean, everything is new with comfy beds, fresh sheets and very quiet. Attractive foyer and within a 5 minute walk to local attractions. There is a breakfast cafe on site, staff are very helpful

We stayed at THE KANZASHI TOKYO ASAKUSA's hotel for the first time on September 15. First of all, the front desk, the staff were very smiling and the check-in was smooth! The room was very beautiful and very comfortable, and it was a room that we only stayed for one night, but would love to stay again!!
And finally, the rooftop terrace! The rooftop terrace at night was especially beautiful, and the view we saw over drinks was amazing! It was so good that we could stay to go to the roof top terrace! I'm going to stay here again.
