We are actually still in the hotel right now. It is super compact but we have a room with a double bed and my husband, me, and my 5 year old all fit fine! It’s super quiet and clean. Check in was a breeze for an English speaker. Location is amazing, one minute walk to JR line (west exit) and plenty of food around, and a lawsons and 7-11 nearby. 20 minute walk or 8 minute train ride to Akihabara. They even give you slippers and pajamas to sleep in. Hotel is very quiet, we can’t hear any of our neighbors. Can’t say enough good things for our experience!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 5) stayed in a twin room. I was very impressed with the size and functionality of the room. This hotel is modern, has very fast wifi, complimentary tea/coffee facilities in the lobby area, microwave in the lobby for hotel guests to use, a laundry (additional cost to use). The room has all the necessities- toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, cotton tips, cotton pads, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bath robes, slippers, hair dryer, safe and kettle. We had room 1208 and had a view of Tokyo Skytree. We arrived in Tokyo Haneda airport and it was a direct train to Asakusabashi station and the hotel was 5 minutes walk from the station. So convenient! Front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English well. We paid 2000yen to check in a couple of hours early as the kids needed a nap. There is a 7/11 across the street and a variety of convenience stores nearby. I will definitely recommend ICI Hotel Asakusabashi and will return in the future.

This is first time I gave 5 star for room and bathroom cleanliness.
Our bedsheet was changed everyday. Toilet necessities always topped up and clean very white towels supplied.
The staffs speak english and very friendly.
Location is close to train station and my bedroom had a view of skytree. Tip: Ask for a corner room with skytree view.
We were there during NYE and they had free soba to celebrate the new year.
I also love that they had 'detox water' in the lobby as well as tea/water/coffee for guests.
My only negative about this hotel is the choices of breakfast. Only 3 plates to select ( vegetarian, sausage and egg & salami with cheese). As we stayed for 7 nights, it wasn't nice to eat the same breakfast everyday for 7 days.
There is a 7/11 just across the hotel which is really convenient to withdraw money, top-up pasmo card and of course buying snacks.
Also the hotel location is about 15 minutes walk to Asakusa to visit Sensoji Temple.
I will use this hotel again when I visit Tokyo next time.

We booked two rooms and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are bigger compared to other similarly priced hotels. Our room had wifi, cable tv (there's one English news channel), airconditioning, ref, hair dryer, water pot, tablet to control the lights and airconditioning and used to call other rooms/lobby too. two pairs of slippers and another set of bedroom slippers, safe, hot and cold shower with bathtub, and toiletries. The room didn't have a daily complimentary water. But at the lobby, there's free coffee, tea, iced tea, water and detox water. You can also find a laundry room, beside the elevators. Outside, there's a smoking area and a bicycle rental shop. Nearby, there are a few convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, milk tea shops, cafes, leather goods shops.. what can I say, it's in a pretty good location! The Asakusabashi station (Chuo Sobu line) is just nearby and can take you to Akihabara in one stop. We had a great experience at this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate booking again when we go back to Tokyo.
Tips: If you need to go to Narita Airport, go to Asakusabashi Station (Asakusa line) and get off at Oshiage Skytree station. On the same platform where you get off, you can take the Narita Skyaccess train bound for Narita. If it's raining, you can borrow the umbrellas at the entrance. Just return them later! You can borrow a scale to weigh your luggage, but you can only use it at the lobby as they only have one unit.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location when you're traveling to Japan (Tokyo). The location is close to Asakusabashi train station (most important when in Japan) and the locality is great with multiple local izikaya options around open till late. 7 x 11 and multiple grocery stores are nearby within 200-300 mtrs. They have an excellent English speaking staff and are also very helpful and responsive. They are Yamato Transport enabled means you don't need to carry your luggage when traveling to multiple cities in Japan. Just shop your luggage from the hotel to your next destination and shall reach you the next day. Convenient and not too costly as well. I would have easily given 1 more star for that itself. Regarding rooms- we took middle size rooms with twin beds where we could easily accommodate our luggage and access them. The toilet is compact size but effective with Toto smart toilet and bathtub/shower. P.S- the hotel sizes are compact across Japan.

We stayed at this hotel for more than a week. I enjoyed everything!
Although the small room is really small, the furniture is well-organized and it was very comfortable.
Breakfast (European style) was nearly same every morning but really delicious and of good products.
Wi-fi is very fast. Hot water is hot. Pillows are great, sheets are very clean. There are washing machines on the first floor (coin laundry) which is really convenient and price is fair. Stuff is friendly and helpful.
I came without a dog, but the fact the hotel is dog-friendly did not cause any inconvenience for me.

This is a hotel where you can stay with your pet. It's easy to get to the city center, and this is my second time staying here. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and I'm very satisfied. I think the room design is particularly compact and easy to use. They also have a wide selection of pet equipment. The price is reasonable. There is a pet hotel nearby, so you can easily leave your pet there when you go out. The hotel is well located, only 2 blocks away from a train station that accepts JR pass. The area has a good offer of restaurants, which is a plus. We booked a small room..and beware these are very, vert small! So do not bring big suitcases as you will struggle to move around the room. We has to make a las minute change in our reservation, made via Booking.com, which was not possible online without changes the prices paid. However the staff on site were very helpful, and understood our needs and agreed to partila refund for the night we wouldn't be using. The hotel -dog friendly-is veru clean and staff very helpful. What we cannot make out-as in mots other hotels we stayed in Japan- is the fact that all rooms have large, modern TV set, but every single channel availble is in Japanese. Not a big deal if you are busy touring, but you may want to catch the news once in a while.

A while ago, I stayed at the Photo Booth Fair with my two dogs. We were able to sleep in bed together as long as they wore Mannerwear, and pet sheets, rollers, and other items were also provided, so we had a comfortable stay. There are still very few places where you can stay with your dogs at a business hotel price, so the room was clean and we were very satisfied. Also, the front desk staff are all dog-friendly and will give you treats. We hope to hold the Photo Booth Fair again this summer!!
