The hotel it is very close to the train station and to the shopping malls. Nice view to the Tokyo Rainbow Bridge. Great hospitality and service from the entire stuff. The room is very clean and quiet. You have the minimal set for tea and coffee in the room. Bar was empty. What was not so nice is that you must to wait until 3 PM to enter the room in case that you arrive earlier at the hotel. Also, you must to pay extra money for swimming pool.

I live at the hotel since 4 months in a suite for business purposes. One of the best views in Tokyo, suite room is adequate but foreigners can not expect the most basic elements to be met by management. I have been manhandled by the staff, inconceivable inJapan, property in my room has been damaged only for management to deny it and indirectly call me a liar, dropped shaving knife reinserted up side down by cleaning staff leaving no warning which means i could seriously have cut myself and a massage therapist incredibly entering the room without our authorisation. An executive lounge oversold each and every weekend so i have already been refused 15 times. If i would do this in my profession, which is sport and entertainment marketing and i sold 6000 tickets for 5000 seats, they would call it fraud and i would be in prison. Management brushes aside nearly all my complaints, takes no action against the staff and Hilton Japan washes its hands saying, as a franchise, its all the hotels business, not theirs. The Hilton name though is big on the building, on the staffs face-masks, door keys.. choosing the franchise money over the wellbeing of 2 guests, our comfort and safety an afterthought. The terrace is nice. Restaurant food and drink overpriced for low average quality and poorly trained staff. English not understood except by a few. It could be a great place, as it is, only 2 to 3 days i recommend. Eat outside the hotel. Room must be with rainbow bridge view, no point if its not. Room cleaning is excellent. But i am intimidated, emotionally drained by lack of respect for a ling time cash paying guest.

We chose to stay in Odaiba simply because hotels are a bit cheaper here. Hotel has a brilliant entrance and lobby. Rooms were very practical and clean. Not as luxurious rooms as other places in Asia but Japan is more minimalistic which is also great. They really took care of our child. They mistakenly took his towel we brought with us with the rest of the hotel towels and struggled to find it as it was also white. However housekeeping asked us to buy a new one and deduct it from the bill. A very nice lady in the main lobby cafeteria also arranged milk for our child which she didn't charge. Overall very good hotel close to a mall and to a train station.

I stayed here for 50 days on a business trip. Throughout the entire time the service of the staff was top notch. Check in was very smooth with managers always on hand during busy periods to help. The pool area and hot tubs are very nice. The gym leaves something to be desired. The breakfast was excellent, a very good mix of East and West in terms of the food offered. I didn't eat at the hotel ever as there were not any casual dining options. The location on Odaiba was perfect. The metro station was right outside the hotel. There are four malls with lots of stores, restaurants, and entertainment within a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

We booked this hotel based upon location and to use the pool for our son. No notice was given regarding the pool being closed until after we arrived for check-in. The check-in clerk handed us a sheet of paper which stated it was closed for “Big Sporting Event” which we presumed was the Olympics. Rather disappointing

Great hotel, great environment, excellent service. One of the best i’ve ever stayed. Maybe the breakfast foods needs more menu but overall taste also great. And the room is spacey which is great in japan.

Customer service that goes above and beyond expectations in a beautiful hotel. With no prior notice and at last minute I called for availability and was pleasantly surprised to be accommodated. This after several hotels that I have many points with denied me.

Have a lot of things to say. I have stayed in Hiltons around the world before and will share my opinion about Odaiba.’s Hilton. Positive points: -View (if you are put on the too 3 floors. -Breakfast food and polite staff. Negative points: -It started by putting us on the same floor of families with children, so lots of kids running around and screaming, felt like those french HLMs instead of a Hilton hotel... -Zero consideration for couples putting them next to big families during breakfast resulting in a stressful morning full of screams and yelling from the kids and parents. -For the first time ever, they were charing an almost 4000¥ extra for swimming pool access, nope it’s not a VIP access, you will end up with a bunch of kids around you as well. -So.. we decided to take a 7000¥ dinner each and what can I say, the Amuse bouche was three pieces of nachos with mini tomato cubes, very disappointing, I felt like canceling the whole evening but wasn’t sure what to say or do to avoid embarrassing the staff...later a salmon dish came lol, felt like leftover so from the breakfadt with tiny tiiiiny cubes of mango to decorate and cheese as well, it was a rip-off and absolutely not worth the price. They claim the Omar in the list but you get half of it with dome foam on top..and the desert was a disaster. - I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for couples wanting a relaxed stay, it is quite hectic.
