We visited the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay for the Halloween events (we made a Halloween bath bomb) and decorations, and reserved a Halloween Experience plan (includes breakfast, Oasis passes, and parking). Though my daughter enjoyed wearing her Halloween costume around the hotel, I was a little disappointed that there were so few Halloween photo spots (as advertised). There were a few in the lobby, but we could not find any in the garden as described in Sheraton Tokyo Bay's Instagram post. We did have an enjoyable time though. A bigger disappointment was the food options, especially vegetarian options at the hotel. The cafe (Tostina) and restaurant (Grand Cafe) were the only dining options (in addition to room service). Tostina has very few options and nothing for vegetarians or children. The Grand Cafe buffet is nice, but is of little value to vegetarians. And room service only has a single vegetarian option. We have been forced to leave the hotel for dinner these days. Hopefully now that the state of emergency has ended they will consider adding more dining options as we would rather stay in the hotel for dinner. For those with young children, the Treasures play area, pool, and game center are quite convenient and fun. The garden is also a nice spot. But again, the casual food options for children are extremely limited. I understand service is limited due to covid, but I wish the hotel would put a little more thought into meals for children (and vegetarians) so we don't have to leave the hotel for food.

This is a hotel about 30 minutes from the centre of Tokyo and it is therefore a reasonable choice if you are looking into avoiding the city centre and staying close to Tokyo bay. Having said that, this hotel is extremely crowded and at times noisy and therefore it is not recommended as a place to relax. Some people find the hotel location convenient because it is near Disneyland. The rooms are really spacious and clean. The hotel itself is huge. However we felt that the staff were extremely busy without any time to spare for a simple question by a guest. The check in time was also way greater than the average that we have encountered. Perhaps the hotel could consider opening some more check-in desks considering its capacity and average number of guests. The food options were also considered average and not what is expected from a 5 star hotel.

スタッフのサービスも非常によく、ラウンジでの食事やグランドカフェでのライチブッフェも美味しかったです。眺めも良く、立派なジムとプールもあります。オールラウンドのホテルで、自分は非常に満足しました。おすすめです。 I have stayed at this hotel several times. All staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast and cocktail time at the club lounge were very delicious. Lunch buffet was also delicious worth your money. I like the newly upgraded Gym alot! Indoor pool was very warm even during winter time. I am actually have made several reservations for the coming months. Located at Tokyo Disney Land area with very nice views as well...all-rounds hotel! Very recommend!

Visited in August to spend time in the outdoor Garden Pool. Pool reservations were required. Time was limited to three and a half hours, which was not really enough. They say they limit guest numbers due to COVID, however it was extremely crowded and all parasols were sold out (there is a charge for these). I counted 5 parasols which were not used my entire stay at the pool. The hotel should monitor these. If guests reserve them but do not show up, please give them to people who actually need them. The Garden Pool really needs to provide more parasols, and they absolutely need to consider families with young children. We have a 3 year old and were unable to find any space with shade. This is unacceptable and honestly dangerous. Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay needs to take this issue more seriously. Other than the issues above, the pool is a lot of fun and great for young children (lots of shallow space). There's also a waterfall which is very exciting. We stayed in an Ocean Dream room with a garden view. These have a nice view of the garden and pool and have 2 or more beds. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bath is a shower/tub combination. I would have preferred separate shower and tub as pictured in some of their descriptions. We had both dinner and breakfast (included) at the Grand Cafe. Dinner was nice, food was fresh, with a large variety, but far too expensive for vegetarians like myself. Over ¥6000 per person! I feel almost cheated, there's no way I received the value in which I paid for. Unfortunately, there were NO other options available. I contacted the hotel beforehand and they confirmed both Maihama Teppanyaki and Asuka did not offer vegetarian options. Check in (Sunday) and check out (Monday) were extremely slow. Far too slow for a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. And I had an issue with charging my room upon check in. Why not charge me upon check out, after I charge the pool and restaurant to my room? There's no need for this in 2020.

First of all, this hotel is very conveniently located very near to Disneyland (Which is a great place to visit!), yet I believe there is much more to the hotel than it's location. The rooms are modern and have a great deal of items, ours had a bed, sofa, desk, well equipped bathroom, wall to wall carpet, large TV and so much more! All of this was partnered with high standards of cleanliness and tidiness. What really stands out in this resort is the amazing amenities, one day it was raining hence we were not able to go to Disneyland however we had an amazing day in the hotel - there was a warm heated indoor pool, an arcade and a kids play area (and free ice cream ;) - always a plus! ). Since it was quite cold when we went we were unable to try the outdoor pool. The food is just absolutely outstanding! We ate most of our food in the Club Sheraton where the food is just bursting with flavour and really gives a good impression, they also held afternoon tea and evening snacks there which really stood out from other Marriott Clubs, the in room dining was fabulous for when you were tired from the day and just wanted a meal. If I were to give 1 point for improvement, I would like a shorter check in time (We didn't know about the Marriott Bonvoy Check-in, and I am sure many other travellers won't/didn't), we waited for an hour to check-in and there was only one check in desk open out of the many.
