Nice Hotel
I stayed in this hotel as it was booked by my company for me. The hotel is very nice and is close to the airport. You can reach it by a direct bus from Haneda Airport which costed me 1050 Japanese Yen only. The rooms are clean and good in space. I had a great view on the city. The staff are always smiling and helpful and speaks English. The hotel is next to 2 malls and there are some grocery shops around it too. Going back to the airport was easy too as there are buses passing by the hotel to take passengers to it. The trip from the hotel to the airport costed me 730 Japanese Yen. Both trips from and to the airport were around 30-40 minutes. I could not try the original Breakfast of the hotel as our company booked a big conference hall and had a special breakfast for all of our employees. The hotel has great and fast Wi-Fi and provides 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. There was a small screen next to the bed that controls the lights, alarm, show the time and allows you to set the do not disturb options. The hotel is on a walking distance from Yokohama Pacifico Exchibition Hall where our company's event was hold in.

However, there are few things that I have not liked. The check out time is at 11 am. If you want to extend then you have to pay an hourly amount. Also, room service closes at 12 am. I arrived to the hotel after mid night and was starving but could not eat anything as room services and shoos around were close.

Inconsistent between regular floor and Atelier floor
I stayed two nights there, one on the Regular floor (comfort bay view) and one on the Atelier floor (deluxe city view). The regular floor's windows were surprisingly dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, which made it impossible to enjoy the view.
They did have a note saying that the windows were to be cleaned in a few days, but I can only review what I experienced. The furniture was dated, the TV remote was unresponsive.
The second night on the upper floor was much more enjoyable. Windows were clean, and the furniture had a more modern touch.
Do not disturb button is convenient, one-piece PJ was soft and silky, the Internet speed was decent.
The service was good, the check-in and check-out process were really fast. Most of the facilities were closed so I cannot say much about that.

I would be back for view on higher floors.

Perfect location and Excellent accommodation
I can’t begin to describe how magical this place was for all of us. As a family of four this hotel is centrally located to a play place in queens mall on the fourth floor for ages 2-12. We splurged for a bay facing corner room which was more than enough space for us. A couch and sitting chairs for our company was perfect. The soaking tub and extra big shower was so accommodating after days filled with walking.

The staff was so helpful whenever we needed them and they were able to help us navigate the surrounding area. Just within walking distance is an amusement park, an Onsen and two (maybe even 3 malls with anything you may want or need for your travels. We ate at the Chinese restaurant at the top of the tower overlooking the bay in the evening and it was very romantic. The Chinese food was fantastic as well. The room is equipped with every item you would need (pj’s, slippers & lots of toiletries).

We will absolutely stay here again!!

Awesome hotel in Yokohama
This hotel is great, one of the best I stayed at. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, and the service was impeccable. Since its located towards the top of the Landmark Tower (the tallest building in Yokohama and the second tallest in Japan), you get sweeping views of the city from your room. One thing I like about hotels in Asia (and Japan in particular) is that the room comes with all kinds of amenities, even the ones you didn't think you'd need. Hotels in the US cannot compare. And if you need anything you can always just ring up the front desk.

The hotel is connected to several malls in the Minato Mirai area so you're within walking distance to all types of dining and shopping options. The area is really trendy, so you see a lot of young people and couples, especially in the evenings and on weekends. The hotel is within walking distance to Sakuragicho and Minato Mirai stations. It's bit of a journey to go to Tokyo from here, but if you want to take a day trip to Kamakura, it's only about a 30-40 minute train ride. There is a bus to and from Haneda airport and its super cheap - only 450 yen! I don't normally stay in Yokohama, but if I were to go back, I'd definitely book this hotel again.

Best experience ever
I stayed two nights with Yokohama Royal Park Hotel in Nov 2022. Guest Relations Manager Mr Kentaro Kume went beyond his duty to help us with our luggage delivery arrangement with Yamato. He is very clear with his communications with us and make sure that we understand the time to bring down our luggages. He helped us to prepare all the documents needed for the courier and even called Yamato to ensure that we can receive our luggages before 9pm on the same day. There was a personal touch in his hospitality.
I will come back to YRPH again.
Thank you!!

great hotel to stay when visiting Yokohama for the 1st time
Royal Park Hotel Yokohama has been always my number one choice. The room is spacious, great view, good amenities, clean and pretty. Airport shuttle stops at the hotel before going to YCAT. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor has American, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese foods.

The hotel has foreign currency exchange machine.

A little far from main tourist area such as China town, Kansai station and Yamashita park.

Other hotels in the area are either a lot more expensive for upper grade or less expensive for fewer star hotels with very small room.

Beautiful location and views!
We only stayed one night but loved it! The views were incredible as it is the highest building in the area and we could see Mt Fuji from our window! It is a little bit of a walk or transfer from the major Shinkansen stations which was a little inconvenient but worth it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the area is very walkable with several options for dining, etc. in the immediate area.

Breathtaking views
The hotel is located in the Yokohama Landmark Tower, and if the bayside room, you get a breathtaking view of the Minatomirai area. About the bar, good place for relax and enjoy a drink in a comfortable space. The staff's hospitality was excellent. This hotel is located in middle of the city Sakuragicho, Yokohama. It is easy to access to the Minatomirai area from the hotel, and it was a good point. You can stroll around, enjoy food and go sightseeing.

What a view !
The views of Yokohama were great and it was definitely a unique and enjoyable experience staying and sleeping over 50 floors up😄
The room was quite dark and dated and some of the furniture had certainly seen better days. The carpet also looked quite old and dirty and the tv was small and old. There was also a surprising amount of mold on the floor and walls in the bathroom. I definitely wasn't expecting to have any of these types of issues at this level of hotel. The views of Yokohama were definitely 5 star and they were certainly the best point about the room and hotel overall.
The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance of everything👍
I'm definitely going to come back and stay in Yokohama again, but probably not at this hotel again🙃

Tallest building in Yokohama
The hotel is a landmark in Yokohama, the tallest building in the area. You can reach it by bus from Tokyo Haneda (or train) in 1 hour.
My room 67th floor, was large and with a wonderful view (it costs more for that of course), with nice furniture and good coffee machine.
The bathroom was ok by only with the tube, no shower unfortunately.
Breakfast is on the 70th floor and it is a rich Japanese-style breakfast with chefs cooking in front of you.
Personnel is, well, Japanese :) very kind.
