The room has just enough space to move around. You can hear other people talking (or other activities at night) when you are in the hall way. I appreciated the 40% discount but expecting it to be a 4-star hotel was a little disappointment.

Good location and is only few min walking distance from metro or the stop if you take the airport bus from the airport. Hotel itself is not super new and room is tiny. But the service is excellent. Initially we book the traditional Japanese hotel in Takayama and plan to go there by JR train. But realize JR service was impacted due to the heavy rain since 6/29. We have no choice but to cancel the hotel but when i called the hotel, staff can't understand what i am talking about because it's traditional Japanese hotel. Fushimi mont-blanc staff helped me to clarify what was the options and then arrange for the cancellation. Really appreciate because otherwise we won't be able to get the $$ back. It was a pleasant stay and i would stay again just for the service!!!!!

Hotel is near the subway. Lots of convenience stores nearby. We arrived late at night and check in was very fast. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean. We had a twin room but it was small so beds are close together. No English TV channels. Offers free fast WIFI.

Before we visit, we didn't expect the room and services. Our room is single room but stay 2 persons. As we are Asia woman, not our problem although the room in Japan already small. The bed is comfortable for 2. The hotel is quite near the station (exit 5). The luggage also was in our room when we back from Korankei. The staff is very helpful when we asked question and help to read some Japanese wording as we would like to buy USJ ticket in lawson.

To be honest it's a good hotel, the room space it's the average in Japan. Room clean, bathroom ultra clean, we had a problem with the lights but in 5 min was fixed. In reception you will find a shampoo bar with a good options in shampoo, and full amenities. Very close to the city center. Totally recommend.

Located 25 minutes' walk from Nagoya station, or 5 minutes from Fushimi subway, the location is OK. Everything about the hotel is minimal but functional, if somewhat run down: the room was tiny, even by Japanese standards; the mattress hard and rather old; the WiFi good; the unit bath standard; only one socket available for charging devices; the room temperature was set at 25, which I found too warm, and cannot be adjusted. No breakfast was included, but there is a Dotour and other coffee shops nearby. Minimal contact with any staff, but they were efficient at check-in and check-out. I didn't choose this hotel myself (I was at a conference and it was part of the package), and would certainly not stay there again.

Typical small room of a business motel. Make sure to book the corner room at the extreme end of the corridor facing the road which is a double bed. The single bedroom looks extremely small. The hotel is close to Fushimi Station (Exit 5) which is one stop away from Nagoya Station. Going through Fushimi station is a nightmare as it has limited escalators and lift and only locate in extreme corners in the station. If you are carrying heaps of luggage, it is definitely a nightmare to clear stairs or finding your way through the maze of the station.

We enjoyed our stay and we were happy to have access to the washer and dryer. It's a bit older but clean and the staff were very kind. They didn't understand as much English as some of the places, but they tried hard and with a little patience we were able to get everything we needed. The room reasonably priced but ours didn't include breakfast.

The hotel is situated right next to the subway station and a big shopping area. There is a big pharmacy(opened till 10pm) and convenience shop right downstairs. Clean and typical sized room. Nothing fanciful. The location is the plus. Counter staff was friendly when we needed directions. Oh, one plus point, if you are looking to take the day tour bus around Nagoya, the bus stop is just opposite street to the hotel.

So far the hotel is small but tiny. However the price include the breakfast which is too high and the bed is too soft, pillow is too small. The hotel location is good, there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. The hotel provides the slipper that seems reusable, I would recommend the traveller to bring their own slippers.
