Hi, This is to inform everyone to please don't booked in this hotel. They are very rude towards foreigners, they don't know how they should treat their customers properly. The hotel manager is very rude because we cant speak Japanese, he even threaten to cancel our booking because of this. What a hotel considering Japanese people are known for being respectful, polite, courteous. I hope this serve as a reminder to people who will go to Japan to please don't book in this hotel.

It's about 7 mins from Sakae Station on Exit 13. Small hotel but not extremely small and room is ok for single traveler. Bed is decent and comfortable. They have free hot Spa but certain time only for male and female. Free breakfast for all. Opposite the hotel nearby there is a very nice Yakitori shop serving excellent food from Kyushu.

This hotel is only a short walk from either the Yaba-cho (Exit 1 - 4 minutes) or Sakae subway (Exit 13 - 6 minutes) stations and the major shopping area of Sakae. There are 2 convenience stores nearby, one on the same block. My room was small but clean with free wifi and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and was excellent with wide range of options, English/European breads and pastries with Japanese standard dishes – fish, miso soup, rice, mountain greens, mini sausages, meatballs… tea, coffee, OJ…. There are some chain restaurants close by including a Yamachan izakaya with its great chicken wings. There are plenty of other eating options in Sakae. Didn't get a chance to use the hotel baths but saw plenty of people in the lifts that were.

I think it took a little over 5 minutes from Sakae station. The room was compact but comfortable. It was very clean and had a proper desk at which I could do some work. The big shared bath was a good alternative to the small bath in the room. I was lucky my room was on the same floor as the bath, just a couple of doors down. If you wanted to you could put on the hotel pyjama (room wear) to the bath. The cleaning staff and catering staff were very courteous which is always nice. The free self-service breakfast was enjoyable--in addition to the standard Japanese dishes you could take as much as you want of the Japanese-style macaroni salad and potato salad. They also had fried noodles and pastries too. I have to say the coffee wasn't all that great, but all in all it was a good breakfast to start out the day. I liked the way the hotel cut out any unnecessary bits to keep the cost down--you have to return the dishes in the right container after breakfast, you place your card key in a machine when you check out. I was there to attend a conference so wasn't after a luxurious holiday experience, so it was exactly what I wanted--a clean, no-nonsense, reasonably-priced room.

This budget hotel is 10minutes walk from Exit 6 of Yabacho subway station. The room is small and clean and has enough outlets, convenient! I had a good bath time because this hotel had common large baths.
