i was on a school trip and we stayed in this hotel. i shared it with a friend and the room was a decent size and clean. it was also old but furnishing were still well-maintained. there were plenty of space to walk and open our luggage. the heater/ air-conditioning in our room was not working very well. my friends enjoyed their breakfast buffet. location-wise is okay. a 5-minute walk from fushimi station.

I stayed at the hotel for my business. I enjoyed the hot springs, which was a little bit hot. However, they were big enough for many visitors. There was the hot spring at the outside. I could feel Onsen even in the city of Nagoya and near to Nagoya station. You will enjoy Onsen atomosphere in the city. The room was good and clean. Staffs were kind. When I will go to Nagoya, I must stay at this hotel.

The room is small. Perhaps just enough to put your luggage. I've simply accepted that some non-smoking rooms still smell of cigarette though not horrible in my room. This is one thing Japanese hotels need to improve upon. Otherwise, it is OK. A friend's room has extremely poor WiFi connectivity.

Takes about 20 min to walk there from Nagoya station, but the route is very easy. Our room was big and there was sofa and coffee table. Onsens were large enough for such a large hotel. Breakfast was very good: there is something for everybody, absolutely too much to even taste everything. We were able to leave our luggage there for two nights during our visit to Tateyama Kurobe Alpin Route.

This hotel is a kind of usual business hotel in Japan, but there is a remarkable facility, Hot spring public bath you can enjoy. If you like a public bath and hot spring, this hotel is one of good candidate hotels around Nagoya station. The single room of this hotel is, I think, a little bit old and small, however, I didn’t felt any inconvenience during stay at this hotel. During my stay, several Asian people seemed to stay at this hotel. So, I expect, this hotel could be a candidate hotel for foreign travelers, too.

We stayed one night January 2017. Good location close to a lot of good restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to Nagoya Castle. Room was a twin bed, very small room. Bathroom was tiny. Bed was comfortable. Pillow was hard. The buffet breakfast was nice. The hotel had good wifi from room. Overall this is an average hotel which would be fine for a one-night stay.

We stayed here for one night in Nagoya before heading onto Gero and northern Japan. We reserved two rooms, both around 12 square feet with a bathtub and two single beds. Although the room was tiny, the experience was comfy and the sleeping quality was quite well. The service was good, as the check-in and out process was fast and easy. They also gave us advice about the hotel and what to notice about. To our astonishment, onsens were available in the hotel. In the night, we bathed in the onsen ( although it wasn't big than the onsen hotel in Japan), and felt comfy through the night. The hotel was cheap and worth the price. The breakfast, not included in the price of the hotel, was value of money with good Japanese food involved. Overall, good experience in this hotel.

The hotel is clean just like most Japanese hotels. The pillow is really too soft, didn't like it. Of course being in japan, the staff are polite. The bed are spacious compared to standard jpn rooms. I must say the breakfast spread is really a lot and enjoyed most of the Nagoya type breakfast. The hotel has an onsen, good for relaxation, only if you don't have Chinese mainland tour group, they are really loud by nature, not rude but by nature loud. If you need shower caps help yourself at the reception. The hotel is a walking distance to most shopping area. Overall a great value for money.

The hotel is out standing by providing hot spring even in downtown of Nogoya city. There is a Tax Free convenient shop just beside the hotel is a plus for this hotel too. We arrived at 6/22 night which was raining. we need to drag the laugage in the rain because the lane in front of the hotel is too small and the tour bus cannot geet in. After checking and get into the room, I found ther are a big part of wall had grown up some mold. Those are not the worst part. The issue is I bought some Japaness dessert which is named water jelly. I found I got any tool in the room for it. So, I go down to the front desk as ask them to borrow me a spoon. The staff brought me a ice cream paddle (See the attached picture) and told me it is the only spoon they have. I ask again that can I borrow a coffee spoon from the restaurant which is just in front of the front desk. The answer is no becuase the restaurant is closed. I found a manager just passed by at this moment. So, I asked the manager again about what I need. The manager still gave me a negative answer until I told him there is a coffee machine and must be some spoon there. So, he found one for me. I realy dont like a staff and even a manager doing this kind passive service. So, I am sorry, I give one star review here.

If your a westerner this is not your place. Very small rooms Japanese business style rooms. No place for clothing, no closets, so clothing stays in suitcase. On the other hand very clean, very quite, very small. The onsen very very famous, and a relaxing place to end the day. All in all Very Small!
