Have thought hard whether to not submit a review as was let down on this visit to this small chain as when we stayed at white hart last July we had the most wonderful time there and wanted valentines to be as special sadly it wasn't ,the staff were all lovely friendly and helpful, the pub was lovely with beams and...

Just returned from our weekend break and wanted to say a big thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We were staying with friends of ours to allow us to visit surrounding places of interest. The bar is warm and welcoming with a large log fire, the restaurant served good food and the rooms were clean...

We found this to be ideal for a weekend break - despite appalling weather. Pretty and interesting village to explore and close to major conurbations and transport links. Hotel was warm, comfortable, clean and the food was great with friendly service and help when needed. Yup it was a tad noisy at times but it is a pub (albeit quite...

The Deddington Arms is a lovely place to visit for lunch! The bar food is excellent. The roaring log fire and comfortable seating make for a very relaxing lunch. The restaurant looks nice too but as I've only ever eaten in the cosy bar area I can't comment. The only slight downside is the coffee, although piping hot it is...

We stayed on Friday night 23rd January 2016 for DBB. The food as ever was excellent but the staff who served us on Friday night, Saturday morning and Saturday lunch deserve special mention. They provided superb service in a friendly and attentive fashion that really made our stay. Well done to all.

A very warm welcome on our arrival, a charming pub right in the heart of a village then we were given the key to room 1 which was disappointing to say the least! Quite dark and very tired looking, the bathroom tap was loose which coupled with the design of the sink made it very difficult to fill the kettle,...

The multinational staff were so welcoming + helpful + we really were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. The good Ok...the good...the hotel was well positioned within the village. Plenty of parking spaces...friendly check in...and initially impressed with our unusual layout 1 up 1 down mini maisonette that was room 20...Lovely big bed...room felt homely...large wardrobe...limited drawer space though...the downstairs bathroom maybe an issue for some but not us...the room was very warm...even with the window open all...

Thank you for taking the time to write an extensive review of your stay. I'm pleased that there were many positives, although some negatives in the restaurant. We would never serve a delicate fish dish piping hot as this will kill the subtle flavours. We had a party of around 40 in our private dining rooms and the staff wanted...

My husband and I had a 2 night New Year break with two other couples and had a wonderful time. It happened to be my birthday and wedding anniversary so we were delighted with the hospitality and quality of the food we received. The hotel is very friendly and as soon as we arrived and sat by the open log...

Our two night New Year stay was everything we had hoped for. From the time we arrived until reluctantly leaving we felt really at home and thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, food, entertainment and first class service provided by all the staff.
