Booked 3 nights in 1 of the lodges for a friend who's visiting from outta town. It was dingy, dated, dusty. Waited for friend to get ready had my dogs in the car park with me & was approached by bob potter the owner who accused me allowing the dogs in the room and also prostitution. Naturally I was upset...

A 3 course Sunday Lunch for £14.95 is a gem. The restaurant operates a buffet style meal with a good choice of food. The main course offered beef, lamb and pork including cold salmon. We were a party of 11 people and there were only 2 other tables of diners. Considering the food was excellent, the ambience of the hotel...

We spent a great deal of time in choosing where to stay around the Camberley/Reading area on this trip. We clearly did not look hard enough. The photos on the web site do not reflect the actual hotel rooms and amenities. Dirty bath surrounds of which you need to climb quite high to access the shower within the bathtub. Tired...

Stayed here overnight as we were attending a fishing exhibition the next day and needed to make an early start. After reading the information online we decided we would arrive early afternoon to relax and make use of the facilities before heading down for dinner. Upon arrival we checked into our very dated room and immediately had to contact reception...

The one saving grace of this hotel is that it is convenient if you attending darts or a show ... the welcome when checking in was non existent .... given the key to the room and left to own devices..no explanation of where the various facilities were in the hotel. The room was spacious but as most other reviewers have said...

I stayed here as I was seeing the darts as it is right next to the venue . The staff are very nice and helped sort out a problem straight away and with no fuss . The room was a good size and clean and comfy . The view from the room was amazing . Big car park too ....

OK the place and complex are in an ideal setting , BUT, my concerns are in the Cabaret Suite where the Darts Tournaments are played, to get down to the servery from the raised balcony one has to negotiate three sets of Quarry Stone steps, for the Partially Sighted these steps are a death trap they are too wide with...

The only good thing that I have to say is the staff were really friendly and very helpful but the hotel needs a total refurb the hotel food was really awful, the breakfast was utterly awful, I really am sure the sausage had never seen a pig in its life, and I am sure did not contain any meat whatsoever,...

This hotel is hugely over priced. It looks like a prison and does not welcome customers at all. There is no clear signage to the reception when standing outside the building. No room service despite advertising such. Positively dreadful and not recommended. Staff cannot be bothered. Find a better hotel in the area and avoid this over priced disaster

Staff, bad mannered, rude, hostile, chip on their shoulder, living on daddy's yacht. The woman in the reception area in the morning who i guess is from south Africa from her accent is plain rude, she needs training in PR who she thinks she is i do not know but she should not speak to people like they are below...
