I booked this hotel at a very good price, I decided to email and book breakfast and evening meal got a reply very soon and it was all completed, very good service. I arrived at the hotel and checked in at 2pm, reception lady was very nice explained everything and if I needed anything to come and see them, very pleasant welcome. I was staying on my own, I am from Wales and my daughter was having an operation at Arrow park ideal location only 1 mile down the road. I got to my room and wow massive super king bed, the first thing that I noticed was how clean it was, I have stayed in many hotels but this room was outstanding. I could not believe how clean it was I started to do 4 in a bed to find dust and nothing. Room had everything you needed and you could set your own temp of the room, tea and coffee and bright white towels in the bathroom. I went down for my evening meal and had the pleasure of talking to the manager lovley lady I expressed to her that her housekeeping is of top standard, she runs this one and another is Heswel. This hotel and the way its run and how clean it is should any one need to stay in the area I think you need to check this out you will not be disappointed. Thanks for a lovley stay I will defo return. 5 star.

The room was fine the breakfast was good but the staff were Spectacular!! One evening we decided to take-away from a nearby Chinese restaurant, well the staff without asking stepped up and brought us a pitcher of ice water ,glasses, plates, serviettes and silverware. Always a friendly smile or kind word! Would stay there again just for the staff making our week long stay so pleasant . Thank you, Mark Bowers

The Premier inn Greasby is the best I've stayed in. The location is a few miles out of Liverpool City centre. It has its own car park, with a regular bus service right outside if you wish to see the local area.
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Covid regs were being adhered to so no worries there. Although it's on a busy road it's really very quiet inside. The adjoing restaurant is an excellence place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is also spotlessly clean!
Our reception was warm and welcoming
Would use this venue again when we are visiting family and it comes highly recommended

My wife and were visiting relatives in the area so had two nights

The reception lady was efficient and very friendlyas were all the staff. The room was excellent and very clean with a very comfortable bed and superb bathroom with a particularly good shower. The hotel also complied with the Covid requirements

Another small but excellent feature was the coffee and tea facility which was laid out superbly.

There was an excellent and reasonably priced Pub and Grill called the Gravesberie Inn on the same site which we used for Breakfast and Dinner - very convenient!

At a price of £79.00 for two nights we felt the hotel was excellent value for money!!

This is honestly the worst place/ premier Inn we have ever stayed inn!
When you walk in your greeted by nicely which gives you false hope. As you are walking up the stairs your greeted by a rank damp smell in the hall stairs
The bed was like sleeping on a stone, which at times I thought might be softer than said bed!
The towels were an off white brown colour, and some white. Think they were all supposed to be white? They smelt like chip fat.
You had to ask everyday to have your room cleaned, instead of just hanging a sign to say no thanks, and you couldn't even ask the cleaner, you had to go down stairs and ask reception.
We were going to extend our stay when we were going up to it, but upon being in the room for a day, decided it best to cut our losses. All I can say is good job you charge in blocks, or I'd have left after my first day!
The saving grace for the whole place, was the dining next door, and it's friendly reception staff, excluding the male receptionist, who was rude.

Highly recommended, I have stopped at the Greasby Premier Inn Wirral since 2016, (time missed because of Pandemic 16 Months) once a month, 3 nights at a time to visit my sister who has moved up to the Wirral from Cornwall. I can’t stop with her as she is disabled. The staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble, they go out their way to help. I have the same ground floor room every visit , because I travel up by bicycle, the ground floor is ideal too store the bike. The rooms are always spotless, and the bed is spacious and very comfy, sleep like a log. The breakfast is served in the Pub adjoined to the Inn, there are two choices, Continental or Full English, I opt for the later along with a bowl of porridge and a fruit juice, which sets me up for the day ahead. Evening meals can be booked at reception, excellent.

Room was nice and clean though a little outdated and you could hear people walking around upstairs. The window in our room was broken but we didn’t notice until the next day and didn’t have time to talk to anyone about it, it didn't affect us very much as we get quite hot during the night and would have opened the window anyways. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and polite, especially a lovely receptionist who was hunting for an iron for us on Saturday morning.

We didn’t book breakfast as we went cheshire Oaks on the first morning and then thought we would just wonder into the pub next door if we fancied eating there on the last day. It’s a green king pub and they have a breakfast menu online, we decided to go at around 11am after the premier inn breakfast time was over but unfortunately they closed and didn’t reopen till 12pm for lunch. A little information about this would have been useful either via premier inn or the pubs website. Luckily there is another pub less than 5mins drive away where we went for breakfast on that day.

thank you Steve and the staff at the Premium Inn for looking after mum when she was unwell with a heavy cold when staying at your hotel - she appreciated that care as did I.
don't understand the comment from someone saying food stopped at 7 - Premium Inn don't provide food, as far as I am aware - that is next door and totally independent?
I always look forward to staying at Premier Inn's, I think the personal touches they provide, the good quality beds, bedding, bathroom towels etc. Simple things, but home from home.
Steve the manager is always very efficient, helpful and will always try to accommodate where possible. this Premium Inn in Greasby also is in a nice area with nice surroundings, places to walk, and nearby restaurants to eat and drink.
thank you Steve and staff at Premier Inn, Greasby for your constant good service.
my answers below, would you recommend restaurant, buffet etc, these questions should have a N/A as the hotel doesn't its own restaurant so how can that be answered correctly? so I have put yes to not have a negative impact on my review.

Had to stay with a long drive back to London the following morning, excellent value very clean and presentable, lots of covid evasive action evident. The room was comfortable. The adjoining restaurant was from a well known chain and was reasonably priced if I visit the Wirral area again it is convenient for access, be aware however that there's very little to see in Greasby, I would leave my car there and catch a bus because tjere is a risk of no car park spaces when you return, there are some extra ones roind the back of the building

Does anyone know how often the buses run after 7pm into and from Liverpool and the time of the last bus please?
Answer from NezPez
Birmingham, United Kingdom36 contributions13 helpful votes
You will need the no. 437 (Arriva) bus to and from Liverpool. Buses from outside the hotel to the city centre run every 20mins from 7pm. Return buses are every 20mins from central Liverpool to Greasby. The last bus to pass the hotel is at around 1120pm (depending on the stop you get on in central Liverpool). The journey to and from Liverpool takes just under 40mins. The last bus from Sir Thomas St in central Liverpool to Greasby Rd/Cortsway, for example, is at 1119pm, arriving outside the hotel at 1156pm. Hope that helps.

Answer from WhitbreadHotels
Luton2 contributions6 helpful votes
Hi Mark, The maximum occupancy our Family rooms can hold is 2 adults, 2 children (15 years and under) and 1 child in a cot (2 years and under). Sadly if all of your three children are 3 years old and over, you would need to book two separate rooms. Apologies! Kind regards, Rebecca
