It’s a Premier Inn, pretty standard right? Shows the difference people make! On arrival Lindsay on reception was genuinely amazing. A real kind soul who clearly loves her job and it shows. Quite frankly one of the best welcomes I’ve ever had. Both personal, informative and taking time to cover off key items as well as making dinner reservations on my behalf at the linked pub next door. On to the room, it is standard form for a Premier Inn but the level of cleanliness was fabulous, all the chrome in the bathroom polished and white bathroom suite was still white, none of the awful ingrained grime you can often get. Well done to the cleaning team! Each time I later passed reception Lindsay remembered my name (& those of others staying) greeting everyone personally. A small gesture but a nice one. We had arrived from Gran Canaria to visit family and old friends and our first stop was a hotel in Manchester Airport. late arrival and to be quite frank it was not a good start to our return to England as our overall experience of our first night was poor. Our friends had booked us into the Premier Inn at Greasby and we were not looking forward to it, but to our surprise this hotel should be used as an example to others. We received a warm welcome from the reception and manager on entry. we were fully informed about the Covid rules and how as room was made safe and clean and the extras we had in our room. If we needed extra towels or a taxi service they were there to help us. We were looking to book 7 guests for dinner, it was short notice but that was no bother either. We were given clear instructions to our room and had a nice surprise of a welcome card and a box of choccie fingers. that was a nice touch. We had a great relaxed stay and made some new friends, the staff in the pub next door gave great service too so a big 5* to all at Greasby and a great credit to the Premium Inn brand. From checking in to leaving every member of staff were really helpful and friendly.The room was very clean and comfortable.Stephen in particular is excellent at making sure you have everything you need,from great travel directions to fastening my pearls when my old fingers were struggling.Thank you Stephen.

Have stayed at Premier Inn, Greasby many times, while visiting relatives in area. Most recent stay - 02/03/23 to 05/03/23. Wonderful, warm welcome as always - greeted as friends as well as guests. Hotel very well run; immaculately clean. Staff exceptional - helpful, efficient, friendly. Well done, Greasby Premier Inn Team!

Used this location on the Wirral to catch up with old colleagues and visit Liverpool. Great location with bus stops directly outside the hote,l with buses every 10 mins. into Liverpool city centre, The staff were more than friendly (particularly Lyndsey the receptionist) who went out of there way to ensure we had a great stay.

Stay was because of home bathroom alterations and served it’s purpose very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. Our stay was made welcoming by all the staff and in particular, Lyndsey and Steve.

We were a big group attending a nearby wedding, and definitely made the right choice here. The hotel had everything we needed, plus good amenities and very comfortable beds. Thanks Stephen and staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great place to stop over with good parking facilities and close enough to Motorway to access the port. Furthermore, the room and communal areas were very clean and the staff were delightfully friendly. The Restaurant was excellent with great food and service at a very reasonable price.

Me and Mrs would like to thank all the house keeping staff for all their hard work during our stay we was poorly during our stay and the staff really helped get us some shopping in, would also like to say thank you to the manager Steve very polite, we have now returned to the Oz after enjoying our visit to family we've not seen in 25 years the premier inn made it feel alot better
