We booked 2 nights in a room that on first inspection looked clean. Spent the first night eaten alive by something in the bed. Felt something crawling all over me during the night. Pulled bed apart next morning to find what looked like insect droppings all over the mattress. Spoke to the owner who offered new sheets. WE checked out... More

Lovely room, walking distance to a couple of restaurants (although take a torch, no street lights). Fireplace and spa, very clean and new, friendly check in and then we were left alone, although we had a phone number if there were any issues (there were none). Would recommend it for a romantic getaway.

If you are in need of a relaxing hideaway this is the place for you. The cabin consisted of 3 large rooms - a bedroom dominated by a solid 4 poster bed, a bathroom featuring a 2 person corner spa, and a very inviting lounge/kitchen with a cosy fireplace. Decor was perfect down to the finest derail. Hubby and I... More

I would stay here time and time again. Everything was perfect, from the service to the comfy bed. Beautiful homely stay in a pretty clean little cottage. We stayed in the deluxe room which had a lovely little spa in it. Maz has done such an excellent job with this place and there isn't anything to say one bad word... More

We booked a garden spa suite which was modern, clean and with views of their lovely gardens. The room was nicely decorated with tea, coffee facilities and a bar fridge. The only awkward thing was having to hear guests on either side of our room as the walls didn't muffle the noise. We would have prefer to book a cottage... More

What a lovely place to stay. We stayed in the blue cottage and it was perfect for the quiet relaxing weekend we had planned. The cottage and decor are country rustic and just charming. It had all the amenities we required and the bathroom with a spa bath for two had just been refurbished and looked brand new. The log... More

Booked a last minute getaway for hubby and I. We were lucky enough to stay in the Indulgence cottage, which was just divine. Beautifully appointed, comfy lounge and bed, all amenities you would need, and a very very warm fireplace. Efficient and friendly staff were great getting us settled in and were on hand if we need anything. Highly recommend,... More
