The level of professional attentive service provided here are excellent. The spa facilities are very good, the food very good and the bedrooms excellent. I stayed here for 3 nights and felt like a celebrity, all the staff asked about the reason for my stay, and made personal comments such as that they remembered my making the booking etc. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the rooms were clean, comfortable and had blackout blinds and curtains so as to aid a good night's sleep. I would visit again.

Good value for money on the whole, evening meal a little pricey but fine for a treat. Overall stay was lovely, staff were all friendly and professional, room and other facilities left nothing wanting. Would definitely visit again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another lovely stay . Food and staff friendly. Stairs upto the rooms needed decorating and carpet needs replacing but our room was lovely and spotless with a great view. Spa really nice but very busy Food great. Only downside was having to rent a robe and slippers when on a spa break.

Fantastic weekend celebrating our friends forth coming marriage, three large bedrooms with two double beds in each ideal for our party of 6. Ate in the Terrace listening to live music and sat next to the log burner. Very pretty with all the fairy lights, excellent service from our waitress

Lovely hotel .comfortable spacious rooms and efficient polite team . The spa and gym facilities are excellent and the food in the restaurant and at breakfast is very good . They are rigid on checking in and spa entry times it’s 3pm and not before .

Had an overnight spa stay bought for us for Christmas. The overall experience was nice, the spa area is lovely and outdoor hottubs where great! However the food was expensive but good quality. I would recommend here especially for a nice couples break.

I booked this stay through wowcher but had a lot of trouble redeeming the voucher. I rang the hotel directly on a number of occasions and they couldn’t be more helpful- in particular, a young man named Dave and Rebecca in reservations. Eventually they were able to book me in after me having no joy with wowcher. Once we arrived, the room was spotless ( 242 ) and the service impeccable. We were checked in by a lovely young man named Matt. Our bags were taken to our room by the very helpful and friendly concierge and as it was my sister’s 60th birthday, they had a lovely chocolate surprise put in the room for her. The eating areas are beautiful and the staff are just so welcoming and friendly. We had a coffee in the Lounge bar and was served by Lara - lovely friendly girl and great coffee! Breakfast was good with a wide selection of options and a lovely view from the Lawns Restaurant. equally wonderful was the spa. The experience was made more fantastic by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff - who treated you like old and valued customers. . We loved it so much, the same night we checked out, my sister rebooked a two night stay for my birthday in March. Very highly recommended. …

Really bad experience for us. As it was my partners birthday we arranged to have balloons and the valentines package for the room. On check none had this had been set up. Not a good start. We had arranged to eat in the a la carte restaurant. We arrived in the bar and were told we had no table booked. We were then shooed from the bar rudely by the head waiter. They then sat us in the bar with the bar menu. After time a waitress said we could go into the restaurant. We had an awful time. We ordered a decent bottle of wine which was plonked already uncorked on our table. Some food came out and went to 2 different tables before it got to ours. This is just two incidents on an awful weekend there. I gave two stars as the spa and and spa staff were fantastic
