My wife and I stayed at the Ranch (and not the Inn), which is less expensive and less luxurious than the Inn. The staff were friendly, and the nearby restaurant were good. Be prepared for 110F temperatures throughout the Valley. I would recommend a visit...More

HEAT in the wallet, since they have a monopoly, Xanterra can charge any price they want, and they do!!! They can do this even though it is a National Park, because the property is private and was there before Death Valley became a National Park.Yes...More

Yes it is a great spot. Nice place to eat and good bar . Nice swimming pool if it gets too hot . If you can spend a few days as it is a good chill out place.
