The Employees at Denali Princess Lodge are the rudest, crankiest, loudest and most un-helful and inefficient in hospitality business. If you are here with family and friends avoid the place. They are rude to you and whole family. DO not listen to any issues. They think their facility is best in town and nothing can fail. Their management is putting...

We arrived by bus as part of a Princess Cruise & Land package. Princess did an excellent job transferring us from ship to each hotel. We were provided our room keys before arrival and our luggage was waiting for us in the room when we arrived. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were similar to most hotel chains. The property...

Although we were not part of the cruise crowd, we did stay at the Princess Lodge, The staff was friendly but the rooms were tired and somewhat dated. We did want to stay in a full service hotel so this fit the bill

We were very pleased with our stay at the Danali Princess Wilderness Lodge. The staff was very friendly especially in the restaurant. The speaker presentations were outstanding and the views from the lodge breathtaking. We would easily go there again. Princess does a nice job of taking care of their clients.

Our room was dark, cold, small and slanting. We resolved to make the best of it for our pre-cruise tours with the Princess line. Arising early for our excursion to Denali National Park, as I attempted to shave, I discovered we had no water. It was generalized for the entire hotel. Coming down to breakfast unwashed, I discovered a long...

Hotel is amazing with stunning views from big mountains around and a rustic style. The rooms are in chalets located around the hotel area. There are many trails and a river view very nice. Rooms are kinda small but okay. Confortable bed and good shower! Had a great time with my family.

After a seven day cruise from Vancouver to Whittier on the last Coral Princess northbound to Alaska in September, this seemed like the obvious place to stay doing our own independent tour. We organised our transfer from Whittier to Anchorage ( which was cheaper than the ships) and then rented a car at Anchorage airport for 4 days. It took...

Really enjoyed this hotel on our 8 day/night Princess Land/Cruise tour. Lovely views of the river and brilliant walks on which we saw Moose and obvious Beaver working on tree chopping. Again the Northern Lights were visible, from this quiet hotel.

This hotel is comprised of multiple buildings, restaurants and shops. It's also in close proximity to other restaurants and shops. The view from our hotel window of the river and mountains was beautiful.

Princess Lodge was great considering circumstances. In the middle of nowhere it was clean, restaurants were good and gift shops had wide selections. I was there seven years ago and had the same experience. Easy access to the park from there also
