If you like an old fashion cabin this is for you. It has no air condition or heater. The parking is a good distance from the rooms. There is no phone, TV or internet service.

Looks like you got your answers. North Rim is fantastic, but fewer tourists and tourist features. Only open for about 5 months per year, but Sept should be OK.
