Finally arrived at the Lodge after being held up by a snow storm the day before. In the lobby had a roaring fire that gave a cozy feeling to the place. The views of the canyon are really spectacular at the back of the hotel. There is a trail that runs alongside the canyon rim that has interesting points on...

We stayed here 1 night while driving cross country. Not fancy but everything needed for a comfortable stay at the Grand Canyon! Bright Angel Lodge is an 8 minute walk for an upscale dinner. With the prices of this lodge I wouldn't stay outside of the Grand Canyon. We woke up at sunrise and it was one of the best...

Bright Angel cabin exceeded our expectations by being much more nicely decorated than the pictures on the website. Was quite cosy too on the second night once we found the thermostat and got the radiators working. Bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. The view from our cabin (6152) was straight over the canyon -...

We stayed in our own private cabin and just loved it. It was much larger than I thought it would be with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and even a little entry way. It was quiet and cozy. It had a fridge and a microwave. It was the perfect starting point for our mule ride.

Winter visit to the Grand Canyon. Rustic. Small. But steps to the Rim Trail. Limited view of the canyon. No problems reserving a room with only a month notice. No crowds on the Rim Trail or any of the buildings or restaurants. Room was warm but sound travels easily from room to room.

Bright Angel Lodge is situated within the Grand Canyon National Park, it is amongst some accomodation available in the GC Village. Our cabin was less than a stone throw from the south rim. Looking out the window was like looking at a canvass of the canyon. The room was comfortable with out being large. We had three in the room...

We arrived at the the canyon totally not expecting its beauty and wonder. Reviews we had read reference issues around parking and this was evident when we arrive late in the afternoon. My husband found a park down the road and we wandered up to reception. It was a busy time of day, lots of people wondering around. We got...

We stayed in the "cabins," which were really hotel rooms. There were several units in one long building, but they did each have a view of the canyon. It wasn't what we expected, but it was fine. The canyon rim was right out our back door, so it's hard to complain about something like that. (We had an end room....

The Bright Angle Lodge at the Grand Canyon, was rustic, but certainly met our needs. The big plus is that you are very close to the rim and an awesome view. The Lodge also has a gift shop and a resturant, which was convenient.
